Condo vacation rentals in Monterey Bay

We stayed only one day at this listing, so couldn't do justice to the facilities that were at our disposal. The room itself, which is part of a resort, is spacious, well-stocked and looks even better than the photos. The view from the balcony is excellent. There is a pool and hot tub accessible within a couple of minutes from the room. There is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearby private beach, or you could just take a buggy. It was a very windy evening, so I got to take some otherworldly photos as the sun was going down, with no crowds to disturb the view. There are 4 restaurants accessible within walking distance in the complex, of which the Mexican option is the standout. Staff on-site are friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

This was our second time staying in the mermaid’s perch. We love it so much I hope we will be able to stay again! The place had everything we needed, so comfortable and welcoming and amazing view of the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Santana Row. The suite was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches, like snacks and a well-stocked fridge. The location was perfect, and everything from the air conditioning to the kitchen gadgets worked flawlessly. Maria, the host, was fantastic and communicative throughout. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I'll definitely be back!

Nice penthouse apartment with convenient access from the garage, close to a lot of good restaurants and stores.

LOVED our stay here!! The house was very clean and cozy, and we loved how open the living room/dining room were. The location is amazing; beach access, and an easy drive to both Monterey and Carmel! Would absolutely recommend!!

Location, location, location! In the heart of Santana Row. So much to do and pretty central to other places and things to do!!

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.

The place is at a great location. The resort has three swimming pools. The apartment is next to the North swimming pool. We can see the wave from the balcony and dining room. The kitchen is clean and have everything I need. We had a wonderful weekend with my family.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

Although I only stayed one night, the space had all the necessary appointments and was perfect for my needs. Highly recommended!

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

The Sanctuary is a great place to stay. Right on beach. Bonfires every night. Great restaurant on site. Tim was a great host. Everything was great and other than check in instructions we didn't need to contact him.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David!
