Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montefiascone

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

An atypical, artistic and unique apartment, a beautiful place in an exceptional village. You can park a few hundred yards away and it's better not to be too busy or a little sporty. Maybe we would have enjoyed it even more on sunny days but Caleb really did everything to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a really thoughtful and very responsive host who will do everything to make your stay perfect. He alone deserves the best recommendations. The village cats are really adorable!

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. Everything was just perfect… The apartment offered such varieties. One day we played outside in the beautiful square… While the next we went and saw all of the amazing towns throughout the area. Rina and her family were so kind and accommodating. We would have stayed for many more weeks if possible. Couldn’t recommend more!

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Small kitchen with living room and large bedroom with comfortable bed. Ideal location for exploring Umbria by car. 30-60 minutes to all main attractions. Large supermarket nearby. Nicoletta is a very nice hostess, immediate response to all questions and requests!

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Agave with our 4-legged friend: clean and tidy accommodation, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Terme di Saturnia is a 10-minute drive, but also convenient for visiting the Lake Bolsena area. Francesca is a very kind host, she recommended places to eat and local events!

Francesca's place was everything we wanted and more. We needed a break from the hustle and bustle Florence and before driving to Rome. We wanted to spend some time in the rural Tuscany wine country and this was it. We were able to wake up to views of a beautiful landscape and settle down in the evenings with the same views. Having a vehicle helped greatly in getting to the place as well as shopping in the nearby towns, all of them were mountain top villages offering beautiful vistas as well. We were also very close to the Saturna Hot Springs and Francesca was very helpful with supplying towels for the outing. Suggest getting settled in with a bottle of wine, meats and some cheese and take in the views from the private balcony. Francesca is very innovative and very willing to help answer questions and provide electric bike rentals and tour guides. There are lots of hiking trails not far from the place if you enjoy doing those activities. We look forward to our next visit.
