Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill will bring you to the Subterranean Church and then a little way on is the River Dronne which has a beach and grass area to its side, not forgetting the bar/cafe which is open all through summer.

This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
