For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Gorges de l'Hérault are 45 minutes away and lakes are nearby.

The large bay window will allow you easy access to the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier city center is 8 km away.
