Our beautifully restored large five bedroom 12th century mas, will meet all your requirements of a historic but modern home away from home whilst still giving you a real 'French Mas' experience. With vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, modern kitchen, alfresco dining space, swimming pool and easy access to the medieval town of Montpellier. Optional: breakfast (€10/pers), meals (€20/pers) and for playful spirits an ESCAPE STORY (€10/pers) that will immerse you in the unusual history of this place!! (These options are not available during the summer).

The Mas de l'Arboras

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

The Monastery

The gîte du Monastère has been restored in the authenticity of the stone. Air-conditioned rooms with screens are upstairs. Sheets not provided. The kitchen overlooks the garden where you can have lunch in the shade of the parasol. Tea towels and cleaning products are provided. On the other side of the property you can enjoy the swimming pool which is shared with the hosts of Le Figuier from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm.

Old Farmhouse with pool & garden

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

Les bignones - An oasis of greenery and calm in the center of Uzès, with shared heated pool, swimming against the current, small house with living room, equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, private terrace.
