Small cozy studio very clean with all the necessary amenities. Located at the back of the hosts' home which was a plus for us because we like to be quiet and secluded. The center of Marseillan-Plage is a 5-minute drive with its center and port. It is a beautiful place that I highly recommend. 🤩 Béziers is a 30-minute drive away with its new halls and is also a place to visit. Sandrine is very nice and responds very quickly. I highly recommend it. 👌🏼

We spent 1 week in the accommodation and frankly everything was perfect, very well maintained house, frankly I highly recommend the accommodation you will not be disappointed, we will gladly come back😀 We were able to meet the owners Loic and his wife but also Ingrid who were great from start to finish, frankly, what kindness.

Had a very pleasant stay with 11 friends during the Easter holidays. Quietly located, with plenty of activities nearby. The house itself is also sure to stay on site for a number of days: swimming pool, pool house, garden, film and games attic... Pierre was always easily accessible and flexible. We definitely recommend it!

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

Very simple, clear and responsive contact with Samuel. Very faithful listing. Very well-equipped apartment in a secure residence as well equipped. It's very easy to park the car near the property. Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

Beautiful place! Charles' house is perfect for getting away from everyday life and creating magical memories with family or friends. A Nordic bath, trees as far as the eye can see and the gentle sound of the river... Thanks for the few days!

Frédérique is a host who knows how to welcome with breakfast available for the first day and other treats in the refrigerator. Don't bring your coffee or tea, she thought of it before you arrived. And if you happen to forget your toothbrush, no worries. I had a perfect 6 days. Thanks.

The place is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the center of Montpellier by walking entirely. The only downside is the lack of flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times even if the owner still accepts a check-in at 3:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your availability, I would recommend this listing!

Our stay went perfectly well and the accommodation greatly contributed to our well-being. The weather wasn't always ideal, so it was always nice to be able to find the comfort of Eva's apartment. Apartment 100% as described and the host's availability and responsiveness was much appreciated!

The accommodation, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) was very good, clean and warm. The little extras are the terraces. The views are great. There is also private parking that allows you to leave your vehicle parked without any problems. Arnaud was a very responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.

The accommodation was very nice, very clean, very beautiful and very well decorated, it was warm, we felt really good there. Very convenient duplex cottage for our 3 young children. You can add a baby bed without worries! There is everything you need for the bathroom, kitchen (very nice to have choice of coffee, tea in the morning) We recommend it without so much as a second thought and will be happy to come back sometime!
