Stone studio located in the heart of the village of Montagrier, with a picnic area nearby. The village is situated between Périgueux and Ribérac, in the heart of the Périgord Vert. You can discover its various gems, including the Abbey of Brantome, the Château de Bourdeilles, the large pond of Jemaye, etc... A bakery and a restaurant are located a stone's throw from the accommodation. Every summer, you can attend the Montagrillades near the property. Across the street, free parking can accommodate you.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

The studio I offer is 25 m² in the heart of the Périgord Vert (supermarket nearby). Our house is a 15-minute drive from Périgueux and 20 km (12 miles) from Brantôme and Bourdeilles. This apartment is close to an equestrian center (which we run), hiking trails, and the river (canoes). It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A peaceful vacation in symbiosis with nature!
