Monthly Rentals in Mojácar

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Both the bed and TV are enormous! The location was quiet and there was a nice walk through the gardens to get to Garrucha. The beach was 5 minutes away. Carmen is lovely and has great recommendations for places to visit. I'd definitely go back.

Great location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants

Stayed for one month over Xmas and new year. So peaceful and enjoyed mornings on the balcony. The apartment is wonderful with everything you need provided and I loved the artwork and finishing touches that made it feel like home. The views from every room and of course that balcony were amazing. Saw some spectacular sunrises! Pedro was very helpful and always friendly when you just saw him around the complex. Checking in and out was so easy and thanks to Brezo for so kindly being flexible when my flights were changed by the airline. It really is a lovely place to stay and the buses made it easy to get around with a stop just round the corner that meant either going up to the Pueblo or along to the beachfront was easy. Getting the bono bus card and loading it up for multiple trips also meant no fishing for change each time! Thank you Brezo and Pedro. I hope to come back!

Easy booking. He was already waiting for us. Check-in and Check-out Times Flexible. Nice apartment with front yard and backyard. Beautiful surroundings. Jorge kept us informed about the last week of rain. Fantastic weather in January and February! Recommended!!!!
