One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ten minutes from the center on foot, the house enjoys a privileged panoramic and quiet position, an excellent starting point for trips and numerous excursions a few hundred meters from the entrance of the Provincial State Road.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

My place is close to to the bike path, to the marcialonga route. 200 meters from the minigol 700 m from a park with inflatables in summer 6km from Alpe Lusia and Catinaccio 10 km from Passo S.Pellegrino and Alpe Pampeago. downtown reachable on foot in 10 minutes. 45km from Egna/Ora highway and 700m train station from the driveway stop. The nearest airport is Verona airport that can be reached in an hour and a half.
