The apartment is spread over 2 levels and is located on the 1st floor of a condominium of a few units. The apartment on the 1st floor consists of an entrance, a living room with a kitchenette (equipped), 1 double bedroom with an additional cot for children, a bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. There is a large corner balcony from which you can enjoy the panoramic view of the valley. The upper floor consists of a large sleeping area with 2 or 4 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house.
