Only downside: very low ceilings, apartment not suitable for people higher than 1.80. Otherwise everything is super: spacious and clean apartment, quiet area but close to the ski resorts (15/20 min walk) and super responsive and helpful host!

We had the best holiday in Marzia's apartment. The only small minus was the lack of air conditioning, but we knew that in advance as it was clear in the listing. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and Fondo surprised us with its welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hiking, with breathtaking views and many trails. We had a really good time and hope to be back soon!

We had such a great time at this cozy ski lodge! The ski-in, ski-out access made everything super easy, even late into the season and allowed us more time out on the slopes. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to marella for making this trip an unforgettable one. Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

We had a super nice stay in Malcesine. The accommodation was completely fine with a great beautiful view over the lake. The apartment is located 3 km from the center, higher in the mountains so if you want to walk you have to walk. We had a car at our disposal, making the house an ideal base. Giacomo is an excellent host! Thanks to him, we also found a cozy restaurant in the city center.

It is the perfect place for friends on a ski weekend and it has been a pleasure to stay. The host has been very welcoming and helpful since the booking and informed us of everything that could have been useful. I will definitely come back!

Very nice and quiet place, with a beautiful view. Relaxing at the pool was awesome. The living room/kitchen is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote and the distances take a little longer to drive than we anticipated, but of course that is more a remark to myself for future plans :)

We had a lovely few days in Malcesine. We were there because of the marathon and this lovely home was in a perfect location. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely book to stay here again.

The Airbnb was in a great location in between the towns of Bardolino and Garda, both were about a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was lovely and the open plan living room/kitchen had been newly refurbished. Mattia was great and always quick to respond, he was very helpful with any queries we had and recommended a bike rental shop so we managed to visit other towns along the lake on our bikes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hosts. Shouldn't be the rule, but we were even allowed to check in at 3am due to delays, which really saved our butt. The three of us arrived with a car, a trailer and 2 motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the small but nice parking lot. Otherwise, we were treated very friendly, we got tips for tours and restaurants and on departure we were provided with some water again. The apartment was excellent, very nice bathroom and cozy kitchen with gas stove and good amenities.

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Everything was really perfect: the apartment was sparkling clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone was concerned here to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is super equipped – ideal if you like to cook yourself. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept great there! There is also a lot of space and storage, which is very pleasant, especially for a longer stay. The value is simply fantastic . I'll be more than happy to come back!

What a beautiful apartment in Malcesine with views of the mountain and lake. We were given a recommendation to try the restaurant Rossovivo right down the street on the lake which turned out to be one of our favorite meals we had during our two week tour of northern Italy. The outdoor metal stairs up to the apartment are a little steep and can get slippery during rainy season but that was pointed out to us and we made sure we were careful. So peaceful and breathtaking and the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The location with the view of Lake Garda is very nice. The landlady Milena lives in the house and welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. A parking space is available on the premises. There are restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The bus also takes you to the other places at any time. We will be happy to come back again in better weather.

We had a wonderful time and will be back again. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, were always available for us. The location is unbeatable if you like it quiet. The view from the terrace is magical and the pool is perfect. The driveway was a small challenge, because of the hillside location, but not quite as exciting after the second day. Torri is our absolute recommendation and the overnight stay at Tommaso anyway!

The accommodation is perfect for 3 people, spacious, clean and with a beautiful view; certainly in the house there are all the tools to be able to live there even for a long period. The owner Giovanna was very nice and left us a cake and 1 liter of milk for breakfast upon our arrival, while when we left she gave us cookies, a liqueur and an herbal tea, all prepared by her. In summary, I would say great accommodation and great owner! Thanks again Giovanna.
