I live in an altbau Apartment with Charme in cental Pankow. The house is from 1900. The Apartment has super heigh ceiling and is on the 4 th floor (no elevator). When entering the apartment you will find the kitchen and bathroom on the left. Then you go to the living room. The bedroom is the biggest room in the apartment and right behind the living room. Both rooms will give you access to the balcony. There is a desk / dining table to work from and the kitchen has a small bar to enjoy dinner.

Cozy and quiet apartment in the hip city center

Quiet (towards the coartyard) and cozy apartment right in the hip city center. Some of Berlins best restaurants right on my street.
