A serene super sunny duplex with great open air terrace upstairs, comfortable sleeping and seating in each area, a small but mighty legitimate kitchen with a sizable fridge and a real oven, and a complete bathroom including washing machine. The value was really great considering all the workable amenities and location (yes, an elevator thank heavens, because 5th floor). The bedroom up the spiral stairs was quite large. And did I mention the light? The entire south side of the place is windows and terraces. This is an excellent place whether you’re on a thoughtful contemplative improvised trip like I was, or if you’ve got a mission. Just enough off the main streets for quiet calm, but close enough to the main train station (15 minutes relaxed walk) and all manner of transport. Annabel was upbeat and responsive though I didn’t need anything but the key.

It was a beautiful house as the photos were shown. We both had enough space for sleeping and working and eating in this residency. It was very easy to access to a local restaurants and a supermarket and get to the city center easily by bus. Melina was a very kind person.

What a beautiful apartment! It is a little apartment but it felt really spacious and comfortable. Not far away from it, there is a grocery store where you can get all what you need and there is also a park right at the river side, great for walks or just to chill and enjoy the weather John was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Hope we can visit again soon!

Huan is an excellent host, extremely considerate and helpful. The flat was perfect, in an excellent position, and clean and wholesome to stay in. Huan had provided all the little amenities we needed, but anything extra is available in the many shops and cafes right next door. Thanks Huan!

I stayed at Mirabela's place, the apartment is spacious ( we were 4 people) clear and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the calm ( no road traffic) and the ideal location to reach the different areas of Berlin by public transport given the proximity to Central Station ( Hauptbanhof). For lovers close proximity to the national contemporary art gallery "Hamburger Bahnhof". I would this property .

Excellent clean spacious well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed and great furnishings throughout. Thomas is an excellent host providing clear instructions and being very responsive.

The apartment is super located, quiet, very clean and had everything you needed. The communication went smoothly, quickly and easily. Co host Karsten checked us in and was super nice, check-in was also flexible! All in all a great Air BnB that you can only recommend!

Dörte welcomed us kindly, helpful even carrying things in👍☺️. We were shown and explained everything worth knowing. Cottage was very lovingly decorated, felt right at home. We spent a nice week at the lake house. The house was very clean and in a great location. On arrival we were very nicely welcomed by our hosts. It was totally quiet, highly recommended especially at this time of year. Next to the jetty, grebes were breeding and you could watch the birds at the lake. The water invited us to take a refreshing dip despite the not-so-warm temperatures. We were very pleased with the nice welcome gift.

Very cute, light-filled little house with a small garden in a cozy holiday home area. We had a lovely time there.

Manfred's house is beautiful. He has furnished it with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 2nd floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschleuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to hectic city life. We will definitely come back. 😃

We are in love with the cottage and the lake. We were swimming in the clear water, out on the boat at sunset and had a wonderfully relaxing time! The house is very big. There were only four of us, but even a larger family would have plenty of room. Also as far as the furnishings and amenities are concerned, we didn't miss anything. Since the description stated that a coffee maker is available, we assumed that there would also be coffee on site, as we did not know what type of machine it was. (A filter machine) But that was also the only thing and also no problem at all, since a small cute shop was a 5-minute walk away and larger shopping facilities were 5-10 minutes by car. I will miss waking up to a view of the lake very much. We will be happy to come back!

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

I spent a very cozy board game birthday weekend with friends and family at Barbara and Uwe's. We really enjoyed the spaciousness, the garden and the direct access to the lake. We'd love to come back any time, we had an unforgettable time!

It was a nice stay, very cozy and pleasant contact. It is very nice that a canoe is available at the house. We enjoyed using it and even were able to see a beaver at dusk.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

The location of the apartment is optimal to also discover the surroundings of Berlin in the southeast. With the extremely good summer weather it was great to have a beach right around the corner. And the distance to the city is also no problem with the S-Bahn, almost at the door! Peter is a very friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed his apartment in Grünau!
