In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of the year. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also fire up the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with grill ring and a large dining area with parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows.

Our hotel is located in the very north of Berlin, a 15-minute walk to various supermarkets and the S-Bahn [suburban railway], which will take you to Potsdamer Platz in 20 minutes without changing trains or to Alexanderplatz (one change). The house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in our city. In the garden there is a grill and a small terrace.
