If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, so never a key problem, also the arrival time doesn't matter. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, a truck also fits.

Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

Enjoyed my stay very much! Typical berlin apartment that has everything you would need. The apartment suited me great for working from home as well. Loads of places to eat in the area with the u-bahn 30 sec from away and also fairly close to tempelhof which I enojyed! If you don't mind climbing the stairs to the apartment on the top-floor of the building I recommend booking this 100%!!

We had a great stay. Maria is a very caring and friendly lady. She took care of all our needs. However, the house is very small. It's actually a room rather than a home. A tidy room with a bed for 4 people and a kitchen. The dimensions were not a problem for us. We came to bed with our two children only in the evenings and everything was enough. Toys and books were available for the kids. There's also a clean and tidy bathroom. The kitchen was quite clean and equipped.

The apartment is truly incredible - with beautiful decor, amenities, and views! There's also loads of great cafes/bars/restaurants within walking distance. Eric's appartement is more than perfect to stay in. An absolutely stunning penthouse flat with views over the rooftops, any amenity you can think of, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom and a large bathroom. I could only stay for a few days, but I felt right at home. Eric was very responsive and very kind. I will happily come and stay again next time I am in Berlin. Thank you!
