The location of Kat’s place is wonderful and beautiful. Just a few minutes from my friend’s apartment which made it so easy to spend time for our wknd together. This is an in law unit so you can hear what’s going on upstairs. But being from the city I was aware and prepared. I really enjoyed the small touches with coffee and chips prepared for us. The laundry was helpful too bc I don’t like packing dirty laundry home. For the value I would stay again no question. Thanks for sharing your home with us Kat.

We loved staying here! It was very spacious and felt very homey. We also loved the outside garden seating. We enjoyed talking with Georgina, she was very sweet! Would definitely stay here again :)

Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming private garden apartment! The space was clean, quiet, and perfectly located — very walkable and close to the Muni, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. It truly felt like we were right in the center of it all. The neighborhood felt safe, and we appreciated the convenient street parking nearby. The hosts provided clear instructions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb. Place was spotless. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay and nice touches such as coffee, condiments available. Good amount of space with a separate lounge area and kitchen table and chairs. Cynthia was very proactive in checking that we had everything we needed. We love the area - lively and walkable to great restaurants / coffee shops/ shopping. Well located for other parts of SF. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Thanks for sharing g it with us.

Had the best time! It was clean, the view was amazing, the neighborhood is lovely and Frances was so generous. Couldn't recommend this spot more!

What a pleasantly surprising find! I stayed for 5 days. Clean. Extremely quiet. Comfortable. Up to date furnishings and utilities. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. A quick fifteen minute walk to my daughter’s home in the Mission District. A pretty little family park down the street. Good eats and coffee nearby. Off the beaten track. An Uber or bus ride to all the tourist destinations if you’re so inclined. Stuart is responsive and accommodating. I’ve already reserved again for this Fall.

This Airbnb is a perfect place for a one or two people! If you’re looking for a place to stay near the city, this a great location with a good amount of parking!

If we are ever back in this area we would definitely stay here again!! The bathroom was large and the two person tub was so relaxing. Patio was perfect to sit outside and look at the view of Golden Gate Bridge and also great view from the bed at night or morning. Awesome place for a great price!!!

Super nice, exactly as pictured. Very clean! Great bathroom with great water pressure. Super quiet, really chill. Neighborhood is quiet too. Easy to get to BART, maybe 5-10min walk. I didn't hear anyone above me. Very easy self checkin. Would recommend!!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Inner Richmond, hosted by Malcolm, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and Malcolm's attentive nature really enhanced my visit!

My partner and I slept like a dream in the extremely comfortable bed. The location is so perfect right across from the beach and has great cafes in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal—close to iconic landmarks and great dining, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the outdoor patio was a wonderful bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring. Samson was responsive and welcoming, making the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Doug was an exceptional host, super friendly and helpful always. The location is perfect, quiet and close to everything. The Clipper Cottage was spotless and equipped with everything I needed. His backyard is absolutely beautiful! Noe Valley is a special community and Doug's place is a perfect place to experience the area.

This is a great little apartment in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The little Zen garden makes it seem open and more expensive. I enjoyed a glass of wine outside and didn't hear a sound nearby.

This is an excellent place to stay and Dan is an incredible host. Everything you need is here and the location is walkable to anything you want to do. I highly recommend.

I had a great stay. The check in instructions were the best I’ve ever seen, I knew exactly where to go. And although I didn’t take advantage of it, I appreciated the offer of an early check in.

Perfect place to explore SF for the first time! Close to transit or places to park the car for free to explore by foot after. Easy parking on the street with parking permit provided by the host. You can't go wrong with this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lorraine’s place in San Francisco. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials one could need. It’s also in a fantastic location, close to great restaurants, parks, and other local gems. Lorraine was such a kind and attentive host. She shared so many helpful tips and recommendations that really enhanced our visit. She’s incredibly warm and welcoming, and her sweet dog Kimo was the cherry on top — such a cutie! This was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco, and we’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Five stars all around!
