It was love at first sight for my husband and I. Sperlonga is absolutely gorgeous and the gardens at the property offered amazing views of the surrounding area and beach. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. There are a lot of stairs to get around the city but everywhere you walk is beautiful.

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

E’ stato un weekend perfetto e rilassante! Casa pulita ed accogliente, il giardino poi totalmente recintato e curato ha permesso al nostro labrador di correre e giocare in assoluta sicurezza. La Sig.ra Graziella poi è stata da subito gentilissima. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

Rustgevende plek met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Het huisje zelf is gezellig ingericht en heel alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken. Op 15 min rijden sta je aan het startpunt van mooie wandeltochten en het prachtige Gaeta is zeker een bezoekje waard.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Emina mit unseren drei Kindern sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat Alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Emina war bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und lädt zum Wandern oder einen schönen Strandtag ein. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiter. Danke an die Gastgeber für einen tollen Urlaub.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

An absolute beauty it is surrounded by history!! Lots of interesting extremely old buildings in the area, a beautiful beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

Leiligheten og beliggenhet var så flott. Det er to store soverom med nydelig utsikt over gamlebyen. God plass til familie på 4. Leiligheten hadde alt hva vi behøvde til vår ferie i Terracina i april. Leiligheten var fint innredet og føltes veldig hjemmekoselig. Pluss for spill og tegnesaker til barna og ferske tulipaner. Vi ble møtt av Vivian da vi kom. Hun tok godt i mot oss og gav oss gode tips til vårt opphold. Vi har hatt en så flott ferie og kan anbefale både leiligheten, Vivian som utleier og plassen til andre.

Bruno empfing uns persönlich und zeigte uns das sehr schöne Apartment. Die kleine Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, das Bad blitzsauber und das Bett bequem. Er empfahl uns ein nettes Restaurant in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

het is een mooi appartement volledig zoals beschreven. De gastvrouw reageerde tijdig op onze vragen. De flexibele aankomsttijd door het sleutelkastje was heel handig, zeker als je vertraging opliep door het vervoer, zoals ons overkwam.

Appartamento spazioso e veramente carino. La cucina è molto attrezzata e la casa era pulitissima. Alessandro è sempre stato molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Herzlicher Empfang. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen und mit dem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war klein und fein. Alessia war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen unterstützt.

Monika var en fantastisk värdinna med sinne för detaljer och gav ett jättefint mottagande. Hjälpte oss med allt möjligt allt; bokning av tennisbana, busstider, rekommendation av restaurang och butiker. Lägenheten är jättefin, rymlig och ren. Trevligt inredd och praktisk. Otrolig balkong, vacker utsikt och perfekta möbler. Vi hade fantastiska dagar i Gaeta.
