The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Beautiful place, clean, air-conditioned and with a terrace with a magnificent view. The host is friendly, available and responsive. Warm welcome. We'll be happy to go back! I recommend it!

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. We were already at Silvia and Alessandro's for the second time. Everything was perfect and we were sad that we had to leave again. The two are very nice and extremely helpful hosts and the house is beautiful.

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. We felt very comfortable in Andrea's apartment. Check-in was very pleasant and we also got tips for activities and restaurants in the area. As another plus, I would like to emphasize that a high chair was provided to us on request. We will be happy to come back.

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place has charm, and has everything you might need. It is conveniently located and has plenty of parking space nearby. The apartment was fully equipped, and clean and tidy. We also had bottled water and breakfast at our disposal, which seemed to us a lot of detail. Elisa was very kind, and despite delaying us due to an inconvenience, she was attentive and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you very much for everything!

There is a reason that guests want to return to this beautiful home and I, like many others, have been enchanted by it's charm. Credit has to be given to host Stella who is responsible for the five star reviews and return visits. This is our fourth stay. The setting is spectacular! Inside the Airbnb, you will find a beautiful and well designed home that has lovely furniture and personal touches, a complete kitchen, a large bathroom, outdoor balcony spaces and a comfortable bed and bedroom. Stella is the ultimate host and will make sure that you have a five star experience, one that you will not forget. You might however be spoiled after visiting this Airbnb as you will always be comparing other places to this one. What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). Very good location just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Everything was perfect. The communication was excellent, the place was spotless, the parking was safe and spacious.

From the moment of booking to the end, Giacomo was always communicative and helpful, providing recommendations, being flexible with check-in (we were late 😅), and even sourcing an adapter for UK-EU for us mid-stay. Giacomo provided a warm welcome, and even groceries (fresh fruits, coffee for the coffee machine, bread, eggs, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice...!) so that we didn't have to source breakfast! Giacomo's flat was beautiful, lovely and clean, and clearly cared for. He also let us use his netflix (which, a couple of times, we did 😁). Lastly, the parking arrangement if you have a car is also super! We strongly recommend staying here👍 thanks Giacomo - it was a treat! 👌

Wow! What an absolute gem Monica’s home is. We loved it and she was the perfect host! Gaeta is beautiful!

Everything was perfect. Francesco is a super super host. Her family also made us feel at home. Everything is easily accessible on foot, and the parking in front of the property is truly the icing on the cake. The house was clean and cozy. The tips provided very much appreciated. Definitely recommend. If I have to go back to Gaeta I will definitely choose the house of 8👍
