A great place for the family

Great accommodation for visiting Formia and Gaeta, close to many services and restaurants (within a few minutes' drive). Comfortable and well-organized house, in a residence, on the ground floor with independent entrance. Perfect for a family like ours (parents, two daughters, a dog). Nice neighbors. We found the fridge with cold drinks and a courteous welcome. Our 38 kg Labrador Argo had a great time, thanks also to the fenced outdoor space. Every day we went for a walk to the nearby Roman Porticciolo and inside the Gianola Park (within walking distance). Early in the morning, the dog often bathed. The park offers picturesque routes on the sea and interesting Roman ruins. Inside there are activities for children and adults (during our stay there was a concert on the beach of Porticciolo Romano). In the vicinity of the house there are several cats, but the presence of the dog kept them away. Highly recommended.

Spacious, bright and cozy house. Very clean and equipped with all the needles (air conditioners included, essential in summer!). The host is very kind and available to meet our needs. We stayed here for 10 days with 5 children, we even found some toys in the house to entertain the little ones! The location is great, you can get to the beach with a 5-minute walk. The area is quiet, with all amenities within easy reach. We hope to be able to stay here again on other occasions. Thanks to Stefania and her family.

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). Very good location just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Another amazing stay at Virginia’s! We stayed here last year and could not wait to go back. Virginia and her family are wonderful people and so kind and welcoming. We felt right at home. The apartment is modern and beautiful, so clean and in such a great location. We were able to walk everywhere in the city. There is a park with a great playground nearby, which was perfect for my kids. Virginia is responsive, so friendly and so accommodating. Another amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

Apartment is spacious and beautifully located. Quiet as in a traffic-free zone. Beach and Temple of Jupiter walking distance. Parking just outside the historic city center.

I stay with a family one week . We love staying there . The host was amazing we need to stay one more day and Antonella help us with this . The apartment is super clean and very comfortable to stay . Walking distance for everything . I would recommend this host

Fantastic place

The apartment is located inside a camping village, in a renovated farmhouse, surrounded by a large garden, spacious and clean rooms, efficient service. The campsite Village is perfect, clean and efficient, offering a wide stretch of solarium on the sea, where there is a workstation with umbrellas and sun loungers for those who rent The apartment, as well as a pool and a whole series of activities typical of the summer period. I highly recommend.
