Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso è ce ne siamo innamorati per scelta. Struttura pulitissima, adatta anche per famiglie numerose. Noi eravamo 7 persone e ci siamo adattati perfettamente: 3 stanze, 2 bagni, una sala pranzo impeccabile ed una cucina comodissima. Beh, che dire: perfetta. Non mancherà modo di ritornarci, la consiglio vivamente se siete alla ricerca di un alloggio pulito, centrale e a due passi dal lungomare. Consigliatissimo!

Everything was amazing! The house was quiet, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. Francesco was super communicative and proactive, he gave us local recommendations and helped with any questions we had. The restaurant he recommended us was amazing - he even made a recommendation for us, making the whole experience seamless. His mom, Paola, was really friendly and helped us navigate the check in, check out, and questions at the airbnb. When they saw us having questions navigating to the train station, they even offered us a ride! Truly the e best hosts ever!

We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in Gaeta. The apartment was perfect for 5 adults. The bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms gave us all enough space. The kitchen had all it needed to cook breakfast and even a dinner with "crespelle". The apartment is located in the old town of Gaeta and the view from there is just stunning. The parking slot nearby is perfect. From the apartment we discovered the town by foot. There are quite a some steps in hidden alleys to go down and up again. Francesca and Camilla were very helpful. From our arrival to the departure we got all the information we needed. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation to all my friends. Thank you very much for making our stay so special.

Monika var en fantastisk värdinna med sinne för detaljer och gav ett jättefint mottagande. Hjälpte oss med allt möjligt allt; bokning av tennisbana, busstider, rekommendation av restaurang och butiker. Lägenheten är jättefin, rymlig och ren. Trevligt inredd och praktisk. Otrolig balkong, vacker utsikt och perfekta möbler. Vi hade fantastiska dagar i Gaeta.

Ajánlom mindenkinek, tiszta, rendes, minden működik, szép a kilátás, közel minden. Családdal voltunk, kényelmes volt, tágas és csendes. Mi sem hangoskodtunk, de még így is napközben feljött az alsó szomszéd, hogy hallja, ahogy mezítláb lépünk… egy kellemetlenség volt, az utcán lehet parkolni, kevés a hely, nincsenek bérelt helyek, nekünk sikerült találni egyet, de pár nap után, mivel nem mozogtunk, kiszúrták a két hátsó guminkat. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedvesen azonnal a segítségünkre volt, de a két új gumi 400 eurós költsége rosszul esett… ez természetesen nem a vendéglátó hibája, de talán érdemes az autóval naponta más-más helyre parkolni, hogy a helyiek haragját elkerüljük.

La casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi strutturati in maniera intelligente, e con un meraviglioso balconcino che dà proprio sulla piazza di Sperlonga. Le dimensioni sono pensate per rendere il soggiorno più sereno possibile, abbiamo anche trovato delle cose per la colazione che sono state molto gradite oltre che dei prodotti per il bagno. La cordialità dell'host ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, siamo dovuti arrivare di notte e Vincenzo è stato disponibile nonostante l'ora tarda ad aiutarci con l'apertura della cassetta perché sia io che la mia compagna non riuscivamo ad inserire bene il codice essendo la prima volta che facevamo il checkin automatico; abbiamo avuto anche bisogno di chiedere informazioni sul parcheggio e i lidi ed è stato sempre molto presente e disponibile consigliandoci anche qualche locale dove poi siamo andati a cenare trovandoci più che bene. Lo risceglieremmo perché la posizione è ottima, come la cordialità dell'host. TOP

We have stayed in many Airbnbs in Italy over the last 7 years and this is certainly one of the best and one we would use again. Terracina turned out to be an undiscovered gem especially at this time of year, fab weather without being too hot and lots to do and see without the crowds. Aldo’s place is perfectly placed between the beautiful old town with its stunning ruins and restaurants and atmosphere and the more cosmopolitan new town towards the harbour, promenade and beach. We said for us it was a perfect blend of old and new and we will definitely return. We are already looking at going again next year and taking friends and hopefully we will be able to use one of Aldo’s places. This apartment was beautifully fitted out in a stylish modern way, everything was of a high standard! Aldi was always quick to respond to my questions. If I could give more than 5 🌟I would

Abbiamo soggiornato da Pietro, persona davvero cordiale e disponibile in tutto. La casa si è presentata come descritta, stile un po’ retró ma davvero accogliente, fornita di tutti i servizi e soprattutto dei condizionatori, 1 per ogni stanza, che sono stati vitali in questi giorni di caldo estremo. Purtroppo non è vicinissima al mare ed è necessario spostarsi in auto o motorino, ma io penso che ne valga comunque la pena

heerlijk om een paar dagen in een liefelijk italiaans dorpje te verblijven. je verblijft in een prive huis en maakt gebruik van prive spullen, dat geeft een fijn thuisgevoel! Jessica was makkelijk bereikbaar, flexibel en vriendelijk. het huis is gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. in de buurt genoeg te doen en lekker rustig. aanbevolen!

Bente has truly earned the title of Super Host. Right from the start her communication with us was excellent and it only got better from there. All questions were answered promptly and when getting there on a Sunday from Rome was proving a little more difficult than expected, Bente provided advice and a solution. During our stay additional air con was requested and organised without delay. The apartment is really great. Roomy, in a quiet location and the views from the terrace are superb. It’s important to note that you don’t get super views like this without steps. It’s on the top floor so there are stairs plus additional steps to the terrace. We had absolutely no problem with this and expected it well in advance. Terracina is a lovely spot and we would recommend Bente’s property for your stay.

Non ho conosciuto di persona Giuliana, ma dal primo approccio telefonico e dalla sua casa posso essere certa che una persona energica, con attenzione ai dettagli. La sua casa credo che la descrive. Allora la immagino così accogliente capace di dare e trovare spazio ovunque, colorata e non banale, eclettica, bella. Purtroppo ho passato solo due notti ma non nego che sarebbe potuto essere la casa dei miei sogni. A pochi passi dal mare e nel vivo del paese. Vicino c'è una delle pasticcerie più buone della zona. Io poi sono una guida e non posso non essere di parte. Il paesaggio esprime tanto in bellezza e ricchezza. Direi a tema con la casa e Giuliana. Dal balcone si osserva il calcare dei Monti Aurunci, con il piccolo promontorio di Janni. Prosegue il ventre della balena con Gaeta prima di immenttersi nell'infinito mare. Alle sue spalle, si sviluppa il piccolo borgo di Minturno, con le sue ricchezze. A Scauri tra mare, montagna, borghi e Francigena di sicuro non ci si annoia. GRAZIE!

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Paolo è stato molto piacevole. La casa era perfetta, come descritta, molto confortevole e vicino al mare (7 minuti a piedi, sia stabilimento che spiaggia libera). Vicino all'appartamento (meno di un minuto in auto) è presente un supermercato molto comodo. Gentilissima la signora Graziella che ci ha accolto e fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Paolo è molto disponibile rispondendo subito alle richieste. Assolutamente consigliato !!!

L'alloggio di Claudio è molto accogliente, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla da cui è possibile raggiungere comodamente il centro di Terracina e le spiagge. Claudio e Antonella sono persone molto cordiali e disponibili e ci hanno fornito tante utili informazioni sui luoghi da visitare, ristoranti e attività che il territorio offre. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 29/06 2024. Tutto corrispondeva come da descrizione e l'host è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione è ottima per accedere alla spiaggia vicina (200 metri, con acqua bellissima. Nelle vicinanze (5 minuti a piedi) si trovano supermercati, farmacia e ristoranti. Ottimo alloggio anche come punto di partenza per spostamenti verso altre località, raggiungibili in 15/20 minuti di macchina (Sperlonga, Gaeta, San Felice Circeo). Appartamento pulitissimo, moderno, in cui non manca niente. Consigliatissimo.

Dimostratosi da subito disponibilissimo ed educato, filippo e la sua casa ci hanno fatto vivere tre giorni di pieno relax, l abitazione nel centro a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni spiagge comprese è stato di nostro gradimento. Stanze condizionate con tv in ognuna. Davvero tutto bellissimo! Tornerò sicuramente.

Great stay. Quick to respond and helpful. The place is great. Immaculately clean. Beautiful space and incredible bathroom. We took the best showers we’ve ever had in Italy there! A bit of a hike from the train station if the uber drivers aren’t available. We found a local taxi driver and he was essentially our personal chauffeur. Very close to the CONI (Italian Olympic facility). Lots of small grocery stores.

Siamo state ospiti nell’alloggio io, mia figlia e la nostra cagnolina, siamo state benissimo, casa super pulita, accurata con tutto quello che serve, ho molto apprezzato il fornetto whirlpool con il crispy che uso spesso anche a casa, il mare a 5 minuti a piedi… insomma tutto TOP ! SUPER CONSIGLIATA!

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Giovanni and Giulliana (who met us in Sperlonga to show us the apartment) was both very communicative and did everything to make sure we had a good time in Sperlonga. The apartment is well equipped and is located in a perfect spot, in the old time with a beautiful view over the sea and the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Sperlonga is beautiful town and the apartment fulfilled all our expectations. An extra plus to the terrace where we spent a lot of time reading, sipping wine and watching the sunset. We would love to come back in the future!
