Vacation rentals with beach access in Minturno

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

We were in Formia with Gisella at the end of July. The accommodation is perfectly located to spend beautiful days at the beach. Ideal with children but also nice to make small tours with a kayak or a SUP. The water is clear and around the rocks it is ideal to do some snorkelling. The flat is nicely furnished and has everything you need. We were 2 adults and two children. It was great. Gisella as hostess is sensational, you can't expect more. She gave us great tips, was always available and just very nice. We can recommend it 100% and would go again anytime.

Very welcoming and courteous hosts, people available and responsive in providing guidance, suggestions and resolving any issues. The experience was excellent, especially for the strategic location within walking distance of the sea. The house is very clean, simple and well maintained, the beds are only a little uncomfortable, the house is really equipped with everything you need. Very nice space outside.

Brand new studio, very nice and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, very well soundproofed and with fabulous air conditioning. The bathroom is comfortable with a spacious shower. The balcony overlooking a private garden is fabulous. Very central and convenient location to reach the beaches on foot in five minutes.

We were already in Giancarlos apartment for the third time and had a fantastic vacation again. The apartment offers enough space and everything is available. The view in the sea is a dream. In addition, the location is very central and you can walk to everything. Giancarlo was always available for us and helped us with questions immediately. Also his mother's check-in worked perfectly. Just a nice family to live with. We will come back. Thank you Giancarlo!

Gorgeous and spacious apartment. Stefano was easily accessible for anything and even provided pick ups at the train station. With stunning panoramic views from the balcony and picking fresh mandarins from the trees below it was an amazing stay! Great WiFi and even a washing machine. Definitely not a place for the physically challenged as in addition to the high up location there are also 3 flights of exterior stairs to the apartment, but definitely worth it for the view. Think of it as your 24 hour fitness room.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Carlo is one of those hosts who has kept the ancient tradition of hospitality in the Mediterranean world alive to this day. Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

The house was great highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a break away near the beach and a short walk to the town. Excellent host and roomy rooms. Many thanks

Muna is the most exquisite and kind host on Airbnb. She is connected to the town and introduced me to local storekeepers (it's off-season so might not be possible when tourists are in town). Muna is so friendly and generous. I can't wait to return. Couple notes- it's November and the sunsets are amazing! Apartment faces northwest so no direct sun in winter but the patio gets great sun mid day through sunset. The tortoises will steal your heart. Perfect location with access to beach, cafe and only a few flights up to the centro antico. Week in Sperlonga Is heaven!!!

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

I was enchanted by the location and cleanliness of the very kind host house

I recommend it to everyone, clean, nice, everything works, nice view, close to everything. We were with a family, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We didn't make any noise, but even during the day, the lower neighbor came up during the day to hear us walking barefoot… it was an inconvenience, there was little space to park on the street, there was little space, we were able to find one, but after a few days since we didn't move, they spotted our two back tires. Our host was very kind to help us right away, but the cost of the two new tires of €400 was bad… of course this is not the host's fault, but it may be a good idea to park the car in a different place every day to avoid the wrath of the locals.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

We had an amazing time. Monica could not be nicer and was very responsive coordinating taxis for us from and to the train station and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location cannot be beat. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
