Summer Dates Still Open. Rocky Mountain Air!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Ski & Golf Escape – 9 Min to Vail & BC

Welcome to our mountain townhouse nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek. The house is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing, and tennis/pickleball courts. Only a 9 minute drive to Beaver Creek or Vail. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the fire place living room or outside fire pit/bbq with a well deserved refreshment. Great place for couples and friends! Great Edwards location. Sorry, firepit is not available summer 2026. Gondola! Air Conditioning in upper and main level. Beautiful, spacious home in Edwards. Surrounded by natural vegetation with common deer sightings. Great place for a large family or multiple families. Quick access to Hwy 6. . .located in a quiet neighborhood. Located just up the hill from Riverwalk, one of Edwards' great commercial areas with Starbucks, restaurants, a grocery store and movie theater.

Retreat w/Amazing Views near Beaver Creek

Private home, with upstairs dining/kitchen/living & deck on eastern side to provide for cool evenings and warm mornings. Modern decor, all new appliances. Distance to Edward is 12 miles, we are 3 miles off of I-70 in between Edwards and Eagle in Wolcott. A short drive to all summer activities. Winter skiing is 15 minutes to Beaver Creek and 20 to Vail. Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.
