Vacation rentals with breakfast in Minnesota River

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs but never before has our family declared they didn’t want to leave and that they wanted to come back sometime in the future. This house has everything you need to be comfortable, plus a bunch of extras you don’t get at your normal Airbnb: a sauna, a steam shower, and an adjustable bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom towels are high quality. And there are two living areas where the whole family can gather and be comfortable. The hosts are also very responsive and thoughtful. We were visiting for our son’s college graduation and there were Congratulations Grad plates left in a basket in the kitchen. It’s little touches like this that made our stay at this home so special. We will definitely stay at his home the next time we are in the area!

We had a great visit. The house was just what our family needed to explore Minneapolis and see friends. We have young kids and they also felt right at home.

Great location. Easy to get anywhere in twin cities from Roseville. Nice, spacious house with everything we needed to feel right at home. Big fenced yard! Loved being able to just open the door and let our dog out. There's a wonderful old dog next door and he has great humans too. Everything thing about this stay was easy and comfortable. Katie's a great host. Super responsive and let me harvest some rhubarb (perfectly ripe) so I could make a fresh strawberry rhubarb crisp. Yum!

The place was beautiful! Gorgeous bathrooms. Kitchen, living room and dining was perfect for family and hanging out. Great neighborhood for a dog walk. Tiffany was super responsive and helpful.

We stayed here for three nights to attend a wedding at Elm Creek. So many positive things to say about this AirBNB. Janine was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive, she usually responded within 10 minutes. The house had fun little snacks and a beverage fridge which was an added bonus!! The back yard had a great deck and patio area which included a small gas fireplace and a hot tub. We walked around the neighborhood and felt very safe. The house had plenty of room for my adult children and their significant others. Janine was very easy to work with and I highly recommend this house to stay for any occasion that is happening in the Twin Cities area.

Kady's place was a breath of fresh air. Everything in the home was beautiful and well thought of. The screened in deck was the icing on the cake. Comfortable bed and very close to downtown. I have no negatives about Kady's home. It's a diamond!!

This was the perfect place! It was clean, well stocked. Host was very friendly and responded promptly to all messages. Walking distance to our kid’s apartment made it perfect. We would definitely request to stat here again.

More of a quiet setting. A short dirve to Walmart, Aldi's & Tall Grass Liquor & Menard's. An inviting, comfy home away from home. Sadly during our stay we didn't have a chance to use any of the workout equipment in the basement. Use of a garage was a huge plus for us since we had a 6 month old and it didn't take long to warm up the vehicle on the cold or snowy MN days. We barely cooked but had ample pots & pans for our needs. Any concerns texted were addressed. There is another rental on the 2nd floor but no guests occupied it during our 12 day stay. Great location, easy parking in dedicated lot. Peter was super responsive and easy to talk to.

Osseo is a very nice little town and Faith/David have set up their property with its own parking lot, which itself was impressive. The property is located off of the main street so there are several restaurants and stores within walking distance while visiting. The bunk beds were a good idea for the space as we used both mattresses. We were able to use our Xbox One and N64 on the TV with minimal fuss. The apartment was so nice that one of our party said he would love to live there if he ever moved to Minnesota.

Allison’s place was great! Very cute vintage decor throughout the apartment and it felt very cozy and like home throughout my stay. Very easy to find and in a great location, was able to take a nice walk around the lakes every day. No issues with parking at all, there is plenty of street parking immediately outside the front door. Allison provided detailed instructions regarding check in on the day of my reservation which made the whole process easy.

It was a great location and felt safe. We loved the rooftop area for the city view. If we needed something, we just needed to let Peter know and he had someone on sight who could help.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a fantastic location right on Eat Street, with great places to walk, and even a supermarket right in the building. The space itself was stylish and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like complimentary cereal, beer, and kombucha on tap in the common areas of the building, such a treat! We did have a hiccup with cleanliness when we arrived, but Peter was responsive and did his best to rectify the situation, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay in a vibrant, well-appointed space with a thoughtful host.

Right on Eat Street, this is a prime location to explore locally by foot or travel to North East, St. Paul and beyond with minimal commute. The home certainly has “character”, couple kinks with the doors and such, but it is well worth the value and was perfect for my family. The Alexa integration was a nice touch too!

It was an absolute privilege to stay in such a beautiful and wonderfully restored historic home! The owners could not have been more attentive to every design and decorating detail! I enjoyed all the shared spaces throughout our visit and was inspired and refreshed by their capable and well-executed vision to blend the craftsmanship of the past with the comforts and luxury of the present. A self-service tea and coffee station made for a cozy, winter stay. Perks like the ability to stream music to your room were a treat. The breakfast parfaits were delicious! The luxurious terry-cloth robes were a treat to slip into after a soak in the claw foot tub or to throw over jammies for a quick jaunt to the kitchen to refresh a cup of tea. It was wonderful to be so close to so many enjoyable restaurants and coffee shops. I can’t imagine a better location in Mankato.

This is my second time staying at Janet’s Inn. She is a wonderful hostess and helps you feel right at home. The Greek Spa was a luxurious room to stay in with comfortable beds, a tea kettle, massage chair, and more! We also loved walking around the beautiful gardens outside.

I so enjoyed staying with Elizabeth and John. They were well organized and clean. But above all they were friendly and made me feel right at home. Another guest cooked meals every evening for all of us as we dined family style with good conversation. And coffee was available every morning.

This was one of the best airbnbs we had ever stayed in for such a large group. The place is large and a few of the bedrooms are removed from the main floor which made it awesome for her group to have to separate areas and not feel like we had so many people crammed into the same spot. The post left us a number of snacks and drinks to make us feel more comfortable and prevent us from having to go to the grocery store.The night we got there and that was a welcome surprise. We will one hundred percent becoming back and doing this place again

Staying at Lisa’s was exactly what I needed for a quick getaway by myself. She and her son are very friendly and easy to talk to. Her breakfasts were delicious—especially the homemade bread. Their 2 dogs were absolute sweethearts. I’m looking forward to staying there again in the future.

We have stayed at David's place several times and always enjoy our time in his listing. He is a responsive host and has a well-stocked kitchen. There are games and darts and access to movies that can be streamed. I slept well in the back room. Thanks for a comfortable stay, Erica

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.
