Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne ocean (beach and shops within walking distance). The stay went very well for my mom who came to visit us.

The stay at Pierre's house was exceptional, a residential area, close to the airport, although the noise from the planes was not annoying. The feeling is that of being at a friend's house who lets you use it for a few days. We had to leave early and Pierre was very accommodating, allowing us to leave the day before without penalty. Thank you very much for everything!

Great place to stay with walkable surroundings

Cute and very enjoyable accommodation. Very peaceful and quiet place. My first reflection when I saw the little wooden house I immediately said to myself "it's the little house on the meadow" 😁I really liked it. And if I go back to Mimizan, I'll go back.

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

We rented this place for the family Christmas holidays so that we could all meet for a few days. The rooms are nice and everyone was able to find and make their place.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Ready to be enjoyed. Communication with Izaskun de 10, polite, attentive, kind and attentive to everything. He recommended many places and things to do and see. The pool gives the house a plus😊. Incredible experience. Christopher was always available for our questions and super accommodating when possible. Access is simple while reserving a secluded and peaceful setting. The house offers great comfort with a super well-equipped kitchen and an ultra pleasant exterior. Everything was great and we had a great time, which was actually way too short. Our little dogs were delighted to be able to enjoy a beautiful enclosed outdoor area. The outdoor dining area with the barbecue is sheltered while offering a beautiful space. The pool was accessible although cool because it was in April. In short, we now know where to come back to spend some quiet time to recharge with maximum comfort! We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. Fully equipped, we didn't need anything. The area is very quiet and well connected. The place is very cozy. For two or even three people it's perfect. There are two free parking lots with several spaces next to the house. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. Stéphane was very kind from the moment we arrived. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we understood each other well. He is very friendly and attentive. He left us a welcome gift, which is highly valued. If we return to the area in the future, we know where we'll be staying.

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

This stay at Frédérique's was lovely. The house is really very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and with lots of ideas. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the thalassotherapy center and not needing a vehicle to go for beautiful walks. And above all, Frédérique and Jean François are very welcoming and friendly. We thank them warmly.

Awesome host. The house is so beautifully and tastefully furnished and really well thought out. The beds are super comfortable. It is so quiet and yet you can quickly get to shopping and the beach, which is fantastic, by car. We loved it and want to come back. PERFECT😃
