I loved my stay at Jeremy’s. He was very responsive and available to answer any questions. The Airbnb is at a great location. Walking distance from all the good restaurants and beach. 2min to restaurants and maybe a 5-8min walk to the beach. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay at Mimizan beach with Nathalie and her co-host Patricia. 14 days to hear the cicadas, 14 nights to hear the waves. The proximity to shops, the various markets (halls, night or day) are ideally located. No need to take the car, which didn't move much from its private location. The apartment is as described and photos, located a few steps from the supervised beach in a quiet area to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Impeccable bedding. Our meals from breakfast to dinner were all taken on the terrace in the shade until 2:30 p.m. and in the sun in the afternoon and evening. The various exchanges, mainly text messages (as far as we are concerned) have always been responsive (action-reaction) very flexible on the check-in and checkout times. Perfect extended weekend in this apartment where the cleanliness is impeccable. Ideally located close to shops and the beach, while being very quiet. Reserved parking is a plus . The apartment is well-equipped, the large balcony is very nice! Check-in instructions were very clear and accurate.

Thank you so much. The only downside was not being able to use the bike room to store our bikes, but we were able to put them on the balcony.

Great stay at Ugo's. Ideal location on the marina of Capbreton and quiet. Close-by shops and restaurants (bakery, small supermarket...). Bike paths next door and about 15 minutes from the sea on foot. Parking in front of the residence (free at this time of year) Charming little apartment with all comforts. Everything about it is excellent I had a great time in this beautiful area and I'd love to go back! Thank you very much!

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. Location absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is located just before a pine forest, ideal for a walk - gladly with the dog. Biarritz and Bayonne are easy to reach, the nearby restaurants are also great (fish at the harbor, pizzerias, etc.). Jean-Marc responded to us extremely reliably and courteously and made our stay great with his open and warm manner. Thank you :)!

We felt very comfortable there overall. Location, neighborhood, nice amenities - everything as described. Above all, the garden is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The kitchen equipment lacked a teapot and a coaster, which were quickly provided, as well as a second dish towel (we were there for a whole week for four). The bikes are very simple and quite small. Right for small explorations in the village, but not for further distances. The times in the description - just behind the keyword bicycles - refer to the car, not to cycling. We misunderstood.

Many thanks to Antoine for hosting us, and for his tips to make our stay enjoyable. He recommended the hut next to the accommodation to taste the oysters, we recommend it, book before you go. If you want to go to the Dune du Pilat, go by bus, simpler and more practical.
