On the night side, a suite on the ground floor with private shower room then upstairs a spacious bedroom equipped with a king size bed with dressing room, a bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with toilet.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Between forest and ocean

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. Small cozy townhouse of 60 m2, wood-clad, ideally located near the ocean on the south beach side, in a quiet area, close to shops. Here you can do everything on foot: beach, grocery shopping, nightlife, shops, fresh water stream. Guests can park their vehicle on the street for free. By bike, you will reach Lake Mimizan and its flowery promenade, Contis, Mimizan Bourg... For the summer, I prefer stays of at least a week.

This apartment has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), groups of 3 or 4 adults are not accepted.
