The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (30 euros for 2 hours of use between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. or 50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. Cleaning fees are included.
