Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

Franck is a very welcoming host who gave us valuable advice on outings to do in the area, the various shops. He offered us specialties from the region and we thank you. The listing is as described. Small house, well-equipped, situated in a quiet area. The Jacuzzi is really great after a day of walking. We were warmly welcomed by Claudia, who spoiled us with breakfast on the day of our departure.

The place was perfectly as described and totally met our expectations. Very clean, well equipped and conveniently located. The host was extremely friendly, available and easily reachable to answer our questions. A great experience, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Very well located apartment close to shops and the city center without being in it. Very pleasant accommodation and the terrace is perfect. No inconvenience during our 2-week stay. A big thank you to K'ty who manages the apartment for the owner, responsive, available and attentive. I'll do it again if I come back to the area.

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience. It's also great that breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the vacation from the first minute.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Sandra's despite the rain, the welcome was perfect, the accommodation impeccable and right across the sea with a very nice jacuzzi. Perfect location for going to the beach, enjoying bars and restaurants and only 15-20 minutes from the lake and the center. 😊

We had a great time at Martine's place with whom the communication was perfect. The accommodation is clean, ideally arranged and complete in terms of amenities.

We had a lovely stay at Viviane's who is available and very welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighborhood friendly. The house perfectly matches the decorative and is located not far from Andernos. The walled garden was much appreciated by our dog! There are also areas nearby for walks. Great. Nice cottage located in an extremely pleasant environment close to the stables. A peaceful location and well-equipped accommodation. We did not meet our host (too bad) but communication was effective. We recommend.

Guillaume's house is very pleasant to live in: at the same time cozy and convenient to live on a daily basis. The terraces are sunny at different times so you can enjoy the garden throughout the day. We couldn't try it out given the season, but the outdoor shower should be nice and convenient in summer when you get back from the beach. Beyond the comfort, the main asset of the rental is its location sinceit is located a few minutes walk from the ocean without being very far from shops. In short, we had a lovely stay and hope to be able to come back to this lovely house soon. Thanks again for your kind hospitality!

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

Fred and Sandrine were the perfect hosts. They were very welcoming and took time to show us around their lovely home. The house and outside are is superb, they have obviously put a great deal of work to provide a perfect family home. They supplied everything we were likely to need during our stay and were readily to hand. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely family home in a great location.

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!
