Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mihotići

We stayed almost 2 weeks with Josip and Ivana with our familiy of 4 (2 little children) and it was perfect. The apartment is pretty new, very clean and very good standard and has everything what we needed. In addition, Josip and Ivana were great hosts, gave tips, frehs fruit from the garden and were very kind. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and are happy to come back. Many thanks!

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. In der Altstadt, direkt am Wasser, bietet es alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten und Luxus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

L’appartamento è un carino monolocale non distante dal centro di Fiume, anche se la posizione alta potrebbe non renderlo comodo per tutte le tipologie di utenti. Barbara è una host gentile e puntuale. Noi ci siamo trovate bene e consigliamo!

Alles war super schön und sauber, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht. Es war auch überhaupt kein Problem als wir früher auschecken mussten, da unsere Kinder krank wurden. Ganz im Gegenteil, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht alles problemlos abzuwickeln und brachte uns sehr viel Verständnis entgegen- sehr zu empfehlen ! Danke

Sehr schöne und zentrale Unterkunft, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht so richtig funktioniert. Aber ansonsten war alles super!

Irinas Happy Beach Appartement ist genau das was vorab versprochen wird. Eine Unterkunft direkt am Meer, sehr ruhig und privat. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub ohne Stress. 😀 Irina ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung und bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung eignet sich auch besonders gut als Ausgangspunkt für Paddel- oder Kayak-Touren inkl. Anlegeplatzbund guter Ein- und Ausstiegemöglichkeit. Hier bekommt man exakt das geboten was man auf den Fotos sieht.

Great private apt walking distance to alot and very nice accommodations. Sizable studio with small outdoor area, that was good for our dog. Would Recommend if In Opatija.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich, und unsere Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man spürt einfach, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing property - best stay during our 2 weeks in Croatia. Warm welcome, charming property even better than the photos. Gift of Rose wine, chocolates, soft drink and water on arrival were unexpected. Lovely gift of family lavender on departure - so sweet. Amazing property with such great facilities, huge outdoor entertaining area and a view hard to beat. highly recommend this property- a once in a lifetime memorable experience.

Eine super moderne, große Wohnung, die allen Wünschen gerecht wird. Es war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terrasse hatte eine klasse Aussicht! Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, sodass man entweder gut zu Fuß sein muss oder den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen kann. Die Gegend ist super ruhig und gepflegt. Die Vermieter hatten an alles gedacht - sogar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Mehl, Milch und Nudeln befanden sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche! Sowas habe ich bislang noch nie erlebt! Abends kam uns auf der Terrasse immer eine Katze besuchen ;) Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Bis bald! ❤️

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und es war wunderschön! Zdenko und seine Frau waren tolle und unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber und haben immer dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und neu. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass angefangen von Waschmittel über Geschirrspülmittel und eine volle Grundausstattung an wichtigen Lebensmitteln (Salz, Gewürze, Essig Öl) ausreichend vorhanden waren. Der Ort Volosko ist mitunter einer der schönsten Orte der Gegend mit tollen Restaurants und der Supermarkt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar! Unsere kleinen Kinder waren einfach begeistert vom schönen Salzwasserpool und auch hat der Gastgeber angeboten das Pool nach unseren Vorstellungen zu heizen oder zu kühlen. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen sicher wieder! Ein großer Dank an die hervorragenden Gastgeber!

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Wir waren sehr von der schönen geschmackvoll ansprechenden Wohnung angetan. Nicht einfach war es die schwere Eingangstür unten zu öffnen. Leider war es etwas umständlich alle Gäste mit Reisepass und Adressen vorab einzuchecken. Ein Zugang für alle unten mit Code - damit unabhängiger- wäre fein. Wunderbare Tage ☀️wir haben abds auch die Terrassesehr genossen Andres war sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
