Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

At the moment, construction work is possible in the surrounding area; this has already been taken into account in the pricing.
