The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Apartment is located in a quiet location in the western part of Rijeka, only 10 min from the city center and the city of Opatija. The apartment has its own entrance, parking, yard, terrace and outdoor grill. Near the apartments there is the most beautiful beach of Rijeka Ploče and Kantrida, tennis court of Marčeljeva draga, football stadium Kantrida, sports center Centar-Zamet. Also, in the vicinity of the apartment there is a grocery store (2 min by car) and shopping mall ZTC (6-7 min by car).

Villa Paula is a spacious villa about 2 km above the sea near Opatija in Pobri. Heated pool from April to October. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living-dining area - all air-conditioned. Sea view from the 2nd floor. 2 parking spaces. ATTENTION: in the months of November 1 - May 31, construction work is possible in the neighborhood. During this time, construction noise may occur. Construction sites are closed during the main season. As a concession, we have lowered the prices in the low season.
