This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

This was a fantastic find for us! The place itself was perfect for the four of us, and Hubi was a phenomenal host and guide. He gave us the perfect meal and entertainment recommendations, and we felt like we had known him for years! We’ll plan on a longer trip next time!

Victoria was an excellent host. Pleasant, responsive and communicative. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was clean, tidy and comfortable. The balcony and view was perfect! The location was great. It is a lovely relaxed, quiet and clean area, but also with a great choice of very good restaurants, bars and beaches. We highly recommend this area and Victoria's apartment. We had a great week in Cala Santanyi. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is above average well equipped! The beach is easily accessible on foot. You just have to go down a few stairs there. Just around the corner there is a small supermarket. Currently, there is a construction site right next to the apartment. Work is done there on weekdays from 7 am. It gets louder every now and then, but it's bearable. In the evening, a mosquito spray is an advantage, so that you do not get bitten so much.

This accommodation was our favorite from our trip to Spain. We had access to private parking, the place was very clean. The location of the accommodation is ideal, 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. Several restaurants around. I highly recommend it, especially since the hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

We spontaneously spent a week in Antonia's and Sebastian's accommodation and we had a very good time. You have a great view of the sea from the apartment, both from the downstairs and the Upstairs. The apartment has all the amenities and is in a great location. 35 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ses Salines, 20 minutes from Cala Llombards/Santanyí. There are also some very nice beaches right by the apartment. Antonia and Sebastian gave us very nice and beautiful tips. We will be happy to come back. The two were very warm hosts and we wish them all the best.

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

we were thrilled with the house and the area. A very nice and well-furnished house, also ideal with children. The pool and the beautiful bay are ideal for relaxing and resting. The host is also a very warm person and would recommend you as well as the house immediately. The price for this accommodation is completely justified. The only thing to consider is the high price for final cleaning as well as for electricity consumption. We thank our host very much and the next time we are in Mallorca, we would always travel back to him and to a beautiful house.

Quiet neighbourhood, very nice place with a lot of space outside, more than we had expected from the pictures. 10min walk to a nice swimming beach. Andrés was a very lovely host. Communication went well in a mix of spanish/german and english haha. Thanks Andrés!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Rosa. The villa really has everything you need, was very clean and was very spacious. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and really cared about our wellbeing all the time!

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky

We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We'll repeat.
