The place was lovely and very cozy. The hosts were communicating on time and being flexible. The place was thoughtfully prepared. It is walkable distance from the centre and the train station but if you want to use uber it is not very pricey as well. We overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely select the place to stay again 😁

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

very,very nice annexe style Studio apartment. lovely furnishings, great en-suite style Kitchen Unit with all amenities to cook a meal. Lots of space ,TV with all channels, dining table. En suite Shower room is fantastic. A great stay, would definitely book again and recommend with no hesitation.

Peaceful studio apartment within an easy bus ride of Brighton centre. Private parking and easy to get out of Brighton into the South Downs. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. The outdoor space is lovely and private, ideal for breakfast or a coffee. Great welcome and introduction by Mark (and Mollie the dog). Mark was super responsive to questions but also regularly messaged to ask if we needed anything.

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

Lovely place to stay with excellent garden facilities. Friendly host who was easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach. Only drawback is there isn’t a huge amount to do in Ferring, though it’s a short drive to Worthing which has more going on.

Yvette’s property is situated in a beautiful area of Horsham with excellent routes into London. The property was spacious and well looked after. Yvette was very accommodating and proactive with communications. Highly recommend for your future London visits.

I've stayed twice in this large flat and it is only a few feet away from the Co-Op and shops of all types. Three blocks away from LaBella Vista, the best Italian Restaurant in the area. Beautiful and staff the greatest. You can walk to beach within three blocks. What else could anyone want in an Airbnb. They are generous with lights and heat and it's very cozy in the winter.

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

Well equipped modern townhouse. Located on a quiet side syreet, just a short walk into town. It had everything we needed for a family weekend break in Brighton.

Beautiful little barn renovated to a very high standard. The enclosed garden was ideal for the doggo and the jacuzzi was a lovely treat. Lots to do and see in the surrounding areas

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

We are just back from our stay at Betsy’s. She has been very responsive and helpful since booking, replying quickly and with answers to all of our questions, with clear instructions for check in. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops that are walkable, as well as the beautiful palace and park and river. We would highly recommend staying here!

My partner and I had the loveliest time staying here! The place is very cosy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It's a short walk away from Otford stations and has lots of lovely hikes and cute cafes and pubs in the area. Diana has been a great host, gave us lots of recommendations and we felt right at home here!

Rosalind, our host, has been most helpful and attentive to our every need. The flat was very clean and warm. We would definitely return and recommend it.
