Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

Welcome to Little Strollings, set in Plumpton Green, a quiet Sussex village, the perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, Brighton, the market town of Lewes, the numerous beaches, stunning country-side and great local pubs! This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay. No cats.

Wee Wych, Hurstpierpoint-1 bedroom private annexe

Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

We have a light and comfortable studio apartment with great views and amazing countryside walks just waiting for your arrival! Adjacent to the South Downs National park, with a pub/restaurant close by and easy access to Lewes and Brighton. Bear in mind we aren't served by good public transport. The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night.

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

A cosy and comfortable countryside studio space

Our cosy and comfortable studio, 'The Yellow Door' is located in the garden of our family home. In a quiet rural location, Furners Green is situated on the edge of Sheffield Forest . Airy and spacious in the eaves above our barn style oak garage, the Studio comprises of a kingsize bed, additional single bed, well equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating area with TV and wifi, and a bathroom with shower, sink and loo and fresh towels. You can park up to two cars in our driveway.

Luxury Park Residence with Sea Views

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us so best to have a car.
