Sensational apartment!! We enjoy the accommodation, a place that is easily accessible, quiet and close to the beach, you can see the balcony. The facilities are excellent, comfortable beds, air conditioning, locker to store objects and clothes. The bathrooms are 3, but they are very small, that was the only negative point. Well equipped kitchen, spacious room also. note 10, we will return.

Apartamento impeccable, clean, organized, many utensils for any will and unforeseen events. Super organized condominium and the indoor pool is a delight!

Last weekend of March 2025 I and my family stayed in Thomas's apartment, we are in 10 adults and two Yorks puppies (they enjoyed a lot of green area and apartment as well) and EVERYTHING went as planned. The environments are spacious giving guests privacy. Kitchen with plenty of varieties of utensils and appliances in addition to the large pots to prepare meals for large families. We were able to enjoy the beach and the heated pool of the building. Renewed Energy!!! We will definitely return other times.

The apartment matches the listing, everything is clean and organized, Junior is always attentive, very close to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the mall, our stay was perfect, I recommend it, I will definitely come back more often.

Me and my family loved the apartment. Extremely organized, clean, with exceptional bed-table-bath material. The property's location is excellent, mainly because it gives direct access to the beach. Finally, the host is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also want to put on record the immense pleasure of having met the owner Dalva, the apartment's caretaker, because she is a very polite person and an excellent professional.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

My experience in this beach apartment was simply wonderful! I spent three incredible days enjoying a comfortable, well equipped environment. The apartment is spacious, clean and decorated in very good taste. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made the stay even more practical. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring nights of peaceful sleep. The location is also a great differential: close to the beach, access to everything we needed. In addition, the communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and available for any queries. Without a doubt, an experience that exceeded expectations! I highly recommend it and I will definitely return at the next opportunity.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condo is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, a gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. I would definitely come back, we had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

The house is excellent, extremely clean, exactly as shown in the photos, very well-used space and daily cleaning of the pool. For those who like to escape the hustle and bustle, and a more reserved place, it is the perfect location (Moreira's corner). The host was very helpful and answered us quickly, clearing up all doubts, I will definitely be back!!!

The house is very comfortable and complete, with beautiful decor. There we found everything we needed to be comfortable. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, which makes all the difference. André is very attentive and helpful and we felt at home. It's worth renting this space, we'll definitely be back more often.

We booked Renato’s place for the end of our Brazil trip and we couldn’t have been happier. The house is even better than the photos! When we arrived we were in awe at the views, truly 10/10! Check in was extremely smooth, we got an Uber from Paraty centre to the house which took about 15 minutes. Dilcimar was there for check in and she showed us everything we needed for our stay. Renato was extremely responsive and helped me with anything I needed. As well as giving me contact details for local trips and transport. We met Alfonso who gave us lifts as well as taking us on a boat tour / snorkelling which was a real highlight. The Airbnb is high up on a hill so I would recommend doing a big shop on the first day to stock up! There is also a local fishmonger about a 20min walk away which we got the most amazing shrimp from. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place more, it was paradise and the perfect end to our trip!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Excellent apartment, complete, accommodated my family and friends very well, we were 7 people, 2 couples, 1 teenager and 2 three children. Location also very good, close to the beach, bicycles for rent and shopping. Building with a complete infrastructure with a barbecue area near the pool, sauna and tennis court. I would stay again on another occasion.
