Vacation rentals with a patio in Microregion of Caraguatatuba

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

Excellent apartment, in the best module and location of Rivieira beach. I recommend it and we will certainly come back more often. As advertised, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

We had an unforeseen issue with the bed and bath linens on the first day, the laundry was very late to deliver to the apartment and they only did it around 10 p.m. Because we have young children, it was uncomfortable. Lucca was always talking to me through the chat. Otherwise, the stay was great. Spacious apartment, clean and new utensils, everything working. I recommend it.

Apt very good,well-created. Large and complete kitchen. Indoor ceiling fans. Tasteful decoration. Churrasqueira in masonry ( brick by view) on the balcony ....very helpful. Well-organized garage with wide vacancies. Pool looked recently renovated and heated. The very attentive employees and Larissa provided all support by responding very quickly ,when called. It was a great stay..... I recommend the rental

Beautiful and well located house, good pool and everything working perfectly !

Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with several utensils, during the stay they exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for home office. Maps and Waze apps do not direct the address to the correct location and Gate D was closed because of construction, I had to return and access through another gate.

Our stay at Natalia's was excellent. The property is well located, close to supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, and very close to the beach. The house is very comfortable, clean, has all the necessary utensils and an excellent leisure area. The condominium where the property is located is also great, very safe and has very polite and helpful employees. The location near the city's entrance cloverleaf interchange offers a quieter environment, without the heavy traffic of the center, with easy access to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to being close to the city center. ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ). We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

My stay at Daniel's apartment was great! Communication with him was quick and cordial. The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean and in perfect condition. Condominium also very nice. It is close to the beach and it is possible to walk. Only one observation, it is on a highway, so there is noise of cars passing all the time, nothing exaggerated either.

Very good, Fábio is a sensational person, super attentive, only points was the sofa and wardrobe of the room that bothered, but nothing that hindered our stay, super comfortable apartment and close to the center, the condominium is very good
