Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The decor is beautiful and makes the environment extremely cozy. The air-conditioning works really well and the bed in the double bedroom is super comfortable. The whole house was super clean and organized. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking, including extra things, which surprised us. The ambient sound is a positive and very nice point. The pool was clean when we arrived and during our stay, a pool man cleaned it twice, keeping the water always clean. The lawn is very large and my dog was entertained for hours, he loved it! The house is in a neighborhood far from the center and to go to the beach you have to go by car, but nothing that bothered us. Inclusive is a very quiet neighborhood, with no noise or any problems. There is a market nearby, which we walked to. I loved the experience and plan to stay at Taquahouse again when I return to Ubatuba!

I celebrated my and my sister's birthday with family and friends and it was just spectacular. There is no other word to describe the paradise we stay in. Ana gave all the tips we needed helped us with the boat and explained all the details in the house. We had an amazing fds with privacy! Thank you, we will definitely be back

The house is very good, great location facing the sea !!! Amazing view, really very beautiful, the house was clean, has kitchen utensils, three en-suites, the house maintenance is up to date. Checkout was flexible, we were able to leave a few hours later. Point of improvement, the house has no air-conditioning and it was needed. Next time I'll bring a few more fans. We'll be back more often

Wilson was very attentive! The house is wonderful and very spacious, very comfortable and with everything we could need in our stay. Near the beach and with easy access to the highway to other beaches, plenty of green areas around, a parack to stroll with the pets, groceries in front of the beach and larger markets nearby.. that is, everything perfect!

Everything wonderful, met all our expectations 🤩 a very spacious house, all equipped with kitchen utensils, details such as an excellent quality hose makes all the difference, several tables and chairs outside, all thinking about the well-being of the guests , exactly as in the description, Danilo an excellent host and the beach 🏝️ a paradise, it is very worth knowing !!! The House is really like the pictures. But bring sheets and towels because the house does not offer. It is in an otima location, the beach in the front looks like a lake, warm and without waves, the only problem is that it is mud

Firstly, it should be said that Ilidia is so kind! She is very easy to talk to gives you time to yourself and also to socialize if you like. She is very welcoming in her home and even helped to show around the town ! She is really amazing as is her cohost who is also very kind! The apartment itself is very airy, clean and quiet. It was a really awesome place to go for a few days. And it is really close to some amazing beaches! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon to visit! Thank you so much for everything !

We are immensely grateful to João Paulo, the house is wonderful, pleasant atmosphere, quiet, you feel at home, we spent 10 wonderful days, our family vacation destination was very worthwhile !!! On the way after checkout, the house was already leaving us with an immense longing. As for the amenities, the house has everything we need, even for long stays, but what pleased us most was the comfortable and spacious balcony that yielded good conversations and good memories. We intend to come back more often!!

The house is very comfortable, located in a very quiet neighborhood. Helaine was friendly and responsive, as was Douglas, her co-host. I would definitely stay again when I return to São Sebastião. Excellent stay.

Jorge was very attentive, answered all questions and left recommendations that helped us a lot. The house has a very nice garden. It rained a lot during my stay, but the whole house was equipped and cozy for us to spend family time. On the day we left, it was a great sunny day, but with the beaches very close to the house and Jorge being very helpful, we were able to enjoy it. I would come back and recommend it.

We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

The house is excellent, a very quiet condominium, a region very well served by beaches, restaurants and things to do. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The hot tub is huge and has hot water, it just takes a little while to fill up. The condominium has an ice machine that is very handy. We recommend staying.

The reception with Mrs. Cida was punctual. The house meets the needs of the stay, well equipped and very clean in all aspects, the location is also perfect. One point to be improved: very old air conditioning, so there is a lot of noise which is annoying when resting. Overall an excellent house, we will definitely be back. Gratitude for the attention!

very good stay, local as in the photos, very complete house, clean and organized. well located near the supermarket, the center, restaurants, shops and the beach. the very helpful host and always the disposition. condominium caretaker also very polite and helpful. the only observation is that the pool is very cold is in the shade most of the day. but in general no complaints, excellent option.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness. The linens and towels were super fragrant, a detail that makes all the difference! Zilda was very attentive from the beginning. Camila, the housekeeper, welcomed us with great affection, made us feel very comfortable and helped us with everything we needed. We also hired a girl to cook and help around the house, which was very nice and made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!
