Apartment well located and compatible with photos. It is an old apartment, which would be possible some small adjustments, but it already has improved points. Host request and responded quickly when I needed it. The cleaning offered by the building itself leaves a little to be desired. It has a large indoor garage included.

We had very pleasant days in the flat. It's exactly as described. Even better, I'd say. Everything was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils for a quick meal. The air-conditioning was not needed, as it was not so hot. The hammock on the balcony was a delight. There were 5 of us and we were well accommodated. The condominium is right in front of Lagoinha beach, but you have to cross the highway, which was not a problem. The beach was lovely and not crowded. The only drawback is that there is nothing nearby. The nearest market is 800 meters away. But it wasn't a problem either. We loved the place. The condominium does not allow loud music, which was a relief, as I can't stand loud noise. It was very quiet. They had tables, chairs, umbrella and a cart to rent at a very affordable price. The 7-beach trail is at the beginning of Lagoinha beach, about 2 km ahead. Anyway, everything was great. Super I recommend hosting.

Paulo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: renovated, decorated and clean. All items mentioned in the listing were available in the apartment. And sincerely, in the days of my lease, I did not miss any furniture, appliances, or utensil. I have already had the opportunity to know the apartments of the pool, and I definitely say that it is worth renting Paulo's apartment (much more comfortable and renovated). The complex is excellent for the family. The ground floor restaurant serves coffee/lunch/dinner meals well. The beach is very close and with excellent structure. Finally, we highlight the host's attention and proactivity, always available to answer questions.

Gustavo's place is excellent. The communication was very good and the apartment matches what's in the photos. The restaurant is very nice (it's much better than Maremonti's food). Flat near the beach, ice available for the cooler, beach service, swimming pools. Everything was great!

The place is very pleasant and with a breathtaking view. The balcony is a little uncomfortable when you have a guest in the next suite as the partition is leaked and could be closed for more privacy. We used the kitchen structure that supplied the basic necessities. The visual really made all the difference.

From the first contact, Sônia was quick to respond and kind. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, we are a couple with two children, it accommodated us well, and the location is excellent, you can do everything on foot. The polite and attentive staff. The only point is that only the children's pool was heated, the large one was cold, the sea was at a more pleasant temperature😅 As for the rest, I definitely recommend Sonia's accommodation.

The only point to improve the condominium is the lock system with cards, the cards demagnetize all the time, and it is necessary to go to the reception all the time to magnetize them. Other than that, the hosting was excellent!

The accommodation was excellent. The property was very clean, everything was very tidy and equipped. It had kitchen utensils for us to make whatever we needed. Everything worked perfectly. We stayed a week in Paraty. Maruzia's place was perfect. It had lots of extras (kitchen utensils, chairs for outside, washer, parking). The apartment had plenty of space for the week and it was spotless! Great pizza and empanadas close by, when we didn’t feel like walking or driving into town. Highly recommend Maruzia's place when in Paraty.

My experience at the cottage was lovely! The accommodation is lovely, charming, very well maintained and with a decor that conveys coziness in every detail. The listing photos faithfully represent the space, but being there in person is even better, as the environment conveys peace and a super pleasant, welcoming and serene energy. The host, Mario, was extremely kind and friendly throughout the experience. Communication with him was always very easy and fast, and he was even kind enough to allow early check-in, which made all the difference to us. This care and attention to detail really makes the stay more special. I had a wonderful and quiet stay. I recommend the place to everyone and intend to return more often!

Yuri was sensational, the entrance and exit instructions were very well clarified, the clean suite, well organized, exactly as described in the ad. Many restaurant and market options a few meters away. The only thing that was really missed was a microwave, it would make a total difference, other than that all was sensational. I will go to Ubatuba again and I will definitely rent it again. I recommend it to everyone!

I really liked the location of the flet, mainly because it is close to work, shopping and large market. The flet tbm is very close to the beach and some local restaurants. I recommend it. Rodrigo was a great host he gave tips from nearby and always attentive restaurants.
