All perfect. Starting with the agility in answering questions here, with Sérgio. The house is near pizzeria, bakery and the main… the beach! It has chairs and umbrellas available to carry. I and my family stayed in the house with a jacuzzi, the children loved it, certainly contributed a lot to the rest and union of the family in a fds together. Mauricio welcomed us very well. Nothing to complain about! We will definitely come back more often.

The house is wonderful and very comfortable, we went in six people and three dogs and everyone loved. The site is close to the beach and is exactly like the photos for sure it would return

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

I was with my family on the New Year, 15 people. Very good, spacious house, perfectly accommodated everyone. Very cozy. All equipped. Fabio is a great host. Super indico hiring diarista Jô, super pro-active and hands-on. Air conditioning in the rooms was a plus as it was very hot the days. Playroom already equipped for children. The condominium is very beautiful, super quiet. To improve I would indicate to have a modern barbecue or barbecue space because the house deserves. Of the rest, everything perfect. Voltaria for sure! :)

( beware of certain amenities such as outdoor locks that do not close, the sink in the downstairs bathroom that is not waterproof, the fire pit that is no longer relevant, or the cleaning of seaweed in the pool. ). We will come back because this spot is not far from unique!

Our stay in this place was surprising, the view is a thousand times better than in the photos , without regard to the structure of the house everything you need they offer , from bedding to appliances , clean house all new , from the first contact with Roberta very helpful and soon after with Vera ,who always answered some doubts that we had, for sure, we will go back !

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

It was a great stay, the space is perfect for the family with children, who had super fun and enjoyed it from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The layout of the house is a delight. The whole thing works and justifies the photos of the ad. Nos Attended super well. Air-conditioned swimming pool, super heated jacuzzi, a delight to enjoy the evening. Amamos! Thank you. We'll definitely be back

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, clean, very well maintained, everything is clear, spacious and pleasant. Beds with great mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved everything about the house. The neighborhood is simple, but quiet and easy to access the main track to the beaches. Very close to the Tenda Hypermarket (cheapest in Ubatuba). We just missed having a fan in the dining room.... it's a suggestion for the hottest days

This place is magical, it seems to have come straight out of a fairytale book. Every detail of the cottage is beautiful and cosy, you really feel at home there. It is the perfect place for people who want to get away from the noise of the city, and get lost in the rustic and cozy climate of the chalet. Very private, quiet and peaceful. I thank Lyncoln and Maria Fernanda, who welcomed me with open arms and helped with what I needed. The place was impeccable, I would definitely come back a thousand more times if I could!

Our stay was wonderful!! The cabin is extremely beautiful and very well equipped, the view is exuberant, exactly as in the photos, privacy and tranquility marked our stay, the bed as well as the towels were super comfortable! We'll be back for sure!

The Cabin is wonderful! Very well decorated, great location! You are a 7-minute walk from Lavandário and a 20-minute drive from the city. Wonderful place to spend time enjoying the beautiful view that the Cabana offers! Besides the starry sky at night, which is another spectacle! The Cabana is super functional, very well equipped. I'll want to come back for sure!

A private paradise! After this experience, having a house in the woods became a life goal lol. The house is WONDERFUL inside and out, I felt like I was in a movie, very well decorated, kitchen with all the equipment, comfortable bed, clean and very delicious hot tub, hot water! In contrast to the icy water of the waterfall, which is at the edge of the house. The bathroom is amazing, we bathed looking at the woods. It has a lot of privacy, noise only from nature, the sound of the river is intense and constant but I found it meditative lol. It has two separate environments, the bedroom and the kitchen, which I found amazing. We had coffee outside, by the river, in absurd peace. I wanted to live in this place! It was the best choice we made. We decided not to take tours and just enjoy the house, but it is possible to go (by car only) to the nearby village (a few km) or to Paraty. The location is remote, but easy to get to by Waze. I recommend taking food and staying isolated there. AMAZING!

A find in the area! The hut has a beautiful architecture, super cozy lighting project and is located in the middle of nature with simply stunning views at all times of the day. Bruno was super flexible and attentive from the first contact serving us with everything we need. Complete experience!

Very nice cabin with amazing views, we were very well received by Bruno and the entire team. We took our pet too, we had a barbecue at night and we missed having an outside light, but nothing that hindered the stay. One tip is to bring an eye mask so you don't wake up with the daylight. 😄 In addition, the experience is well worth it!
