The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Our guests visit different beaches on each day of their stay, and we also have those interested in distancing themselves from the busy and stressful daily life of big cities. A 10-minute drive away, there are beaches to the north or south of our location, and in half an hour you will be in the center of Caraguá if you head north, and if you head south in São Sebastião, including the ferry terminal to Ilha Bela, a very popular excursion.
