First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Wanderlei immensely for doing more than agreed, we all loved his property. The place is a beautiful and quiet place, we felt extremely safe!! Rest assured, I'll be back more often!!!

Excellent accommodation, close to shopping and commerce (restaurants, market and pharmacies). The house has a great structure with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a good TV in the living room. Although I didn't use it, it also offers a well-equipped barbecue area. Drika is extremely helpful, responsive and flexible, she left everything well organized for our arrival and stay. I will certainly stay with her again!

The stay was great, the place is super cozy and it was impeccable, a cute Easter decoration and the very smelly bedding. Alessandra tbm was extremely cordial indicating places and answering our doubts, I hope to return soon

This is a really nice place - you are pretty much in the middle of nature. Lena was great and quick in communicating. I would book it again if I were to ever revisit Paraty!

Adriano's estate is amazing. Wide green space with good walking options, a beautiful lichia plantation and a nearby creek. The house is large, ventilated and well equipped with everything you need. The cleaning was impeccable, without a spider's web, even with all the woods around. The atmosphere of the barbecue is super nice to spend an afternoon in a group. The only point of attention is the internet, in case you are doing home office. Sometimes the signal goes down or it gets too slow. But since me and my family were off, it was even better this way! I recommend and hope to come back more often!

Delicious house, beautiful view. Very comfortable. Everything working perfectly. We will definitely rent again when we think of Ilha Bela. Dani helped us with all the information about the island and Rose's service was also wonderful. A true paradise.

Very good stay, we went on a very busy holiday so we enjoyed the house more, good space, Praia Vermelha was not so crowded, cool house because of the vegetation, the daughter who received us is very nice, I recommend it and we will return more times

We stayed for 2 days and it was amazing. The house completely met our expectations and the whole process was very pleasant. The house is very charming and has a great infrastructure to make the stay very comfortable. We had a small issue with Sky tv, which was not working, but since my trip proposal and the one for my trip was to disconnect, we ended up not even reporting the issue to our host. The kitchen has enough equipment to make a good breakfast, and in addition to the utensils, the host offers us spices, coffee and sugar. Although I do not need to communicate with the host during the stay, we contacted Olival to request more firewood for the salamander, which was promptly serviced. A small negative point is the cracks in the front door, which makes some bugs enter the house. If you have a phobia like me, this may be a problem. Otherwise, I had a great stay and I highly recommend the rental!

Place is amazing, great for those looking for tranquility in a very beautiful place. The care Rose and Arthur took with us staying was special. We spent the new year there and it was perfect, we hope to return.

Lovely place! The house was excellent for our family's stay. Great mattresses. The view is wonderful! The house is surrounded by beautiful mountains where cows, oxen and horses graze. It's great to admire them! The pool is delightful! Super big and with a beach (shallow part) where kids can play. The house has a kitchen and an outdoor and covered common space, where the family can be together and socialize. The owner of the farm, Cris, is lovely! Very friendly and pleasant. Not to mention the attention she gave to our children, taking them to see and feed the animals. By the way...... the animals there are a separate attraction! Super sweet! And the kids loved it! We had a great time there. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful experience! All were very well installed and comfortable, and we left there renovated. The view to nature is spectacular, creating an even more relaxing and welcoming environment. We are delighted with every detail, the furnishings are tasteful, the warmth of the bedding and bathrobes, in addition to the dishes, is impeccable. We loved the farm, a very cozy atmosphere. Peace! You can really fish in the pond, the TV has good options of movies/series to watch, fully-equipped kitchen. Juarez was very polite and helpful. But there is an alert for those who do not know the region and need to follow the GPS to leave: do not follow it! Unfortunately, we did that and our car got stuck, luckily Juarez let us stay there for the night. When you leave, take the same path as you did on the way here!

Incredible Experience – Note 1.0 I spent Carnival on the site and it was just perfect! The place is beautiful, very well taken care of and offers everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The infrastructure is excellent, with large spaces, impeccable leisure areas and an environment surrounded by nature, ideal for rest and fun. In addition, the hospitality was exceptional! From the reception to the last detail everything has been thought of to provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Sítio do Patacho is a place with animals - horse, pig, chicken, dog, etc. The leisure areas are very good, including a swimming pool, wood-burning sauna (easy to connect), game room with pool, foosball and ping-pong, as well as a space with barbecue, stove and wood oven The house is very comfortable, good bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and a huge balcony. The infrastructure is excellent (for example TV with streaming) and the well-equipped kitchen. Great preparation is noted to welcome guests and care in the maintenance and cleaning of the house, for example, the crockery and glassware are stored in plastic boxes. The place has a homemade that is very helpful that sits in a house next to the main house. The location is very good, it's only ~3Km of dirt road to the asphalt road that connects Cunha to Paraty, very close to attractions like Pedra da Marcela. In short, the site is a great place to stay with family or friends.

We enjoy the days we spent in the chalet a lot. Cozy and complete environment, met all our needs, not to mention the location that is breathtaking. Hosts are very receptive, we will definitely come back more often!

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

It was a very good experience! We arrived at night which made it a little difficult, but with the guidelines everything went well, very fragrant room, easy communication with the host, everything went very well!

Our stay during Carnival week was flawless. The house, which is a few steps from the sea, is extremely clean and comfortable. Mattresses, pillows, showers, fans, TV, etc., very good! Diverse amenities and utensils. In addition, the house is beautiful and the garden is very well taken care of. Very simplified check in and check out and hosts always available to assist us. We love it and will be back soon!

The house is huge and accommodated almost 8 couples well! Linda and Maria are excellent cooks and helped a lot during our stay. The whole space is very beautiful and in the middle of nature, so expect to also find insects and other small animals. There was no fan in the rooms, but the issue was already being resolved.

For those seeking rural tranquility with comfort and privacy, this house is delightful and exactly as shown in the photos. Wonderful landscape, sunset and sunrise sitting on your balcony. Clean, organized and equipped with extremely good taste. Note: as this is a rural area with land access, I recommend a high vehicle (such as an SUV) for easy access, but it is possible to arrive with another type of vehicle. We visited in January, during the heavy rainy season, and arrived safely, driving carefully. Fabrício was very attentive and always available to help us.

These were the happiest and most pleasant days of our lives!! Everything was impeccable! The beauty of the place is stunning, it exceeded our expectations, the rooms were carefully arranged, clean and comfortable, with good taste in every corner. Alexandre, very attentive and receptive, guided us with affection, giving us all the tips for tours, the helpers Rosângela and sister, Mr. Assis, very attentive and competent! They were wonderful days at “Cinco Cantos,” a rest for the soul, a lot of contemplation and connection with nature.
