Our 3-room apartment in the attic (2nd floor) is located in the most beautiful square in Werder - in the middle of the beautiful island. Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, church houses, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. On our farm there is a café with delicious breakfast, lunch and café offers. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.

New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

Enjoy life by the lake at this peaceful and centrally-located place to stay. Our apartment has just been renovated with a lot of love for detail. The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Swimming on the property at the jetty with us at Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam is possible for the brave almost all year round ;-). Please pre-book free parking in the Nixe Yachthafen!

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
