Mexico Beach truly is a hidden gem on the forgotten coast. This low key beach town is the perfect place to relax and unwind with the whole family. Our centrally located MB 4 bed/3 bath house has two ocean facing balconies and is only 100 steps from the beach. We’re also within walking distance of many of MB's quaint shops and restaurants. The covered patio has a pool table, ping pong table and newly added putting green! Everything is included to make your vacation one to remember!

There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Mexico Beach is a hidden gem, you will absolutely love it. This home is in a prime location in this beautiful, low-key beach town – the perfect place for a getaway…less than a block from the beach! Come unwind at our cozy cottage, take in the front porch ocean views, and enjoy the space all to yourself. The home was totally renovated by the previous owner and we hope to continue their awesome legacy of such a wonderful beach vacation spot, boasting many return guests.

Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.

You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach. Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.
