Townhome vacation rentals in Mexico Beach

Had a really great, short stay here in beautiful PCB. The kids loved the mini golf right out the back door. The area was gated and felt very peaceful and safe. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is to add a few more kitchen gadgets, like a working can opener and some more cutting boards/knifes for those cooking in like we did. Overall, great place!

Our stay was honestly fantastic. It was in the perfect location, right by the beach which made it so easy for us to run back to the house several times from the beach. The house was very spacious and nice. The backyard was great and made it easy having it fenced in if you have little kids or a dog. Best place to stay if you prefer a quiet relaxing time and the beach wasn’t crowded at all compared to other spots. Would definitely come again! David was very communicative and made sure everything was perfect.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Paul’s house was better than expected! Very easy to find and centrally located with easy access to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, not to mention The Big Chill directly across the street for easy meals and morning coffee runs. The house itself was spotless, cozy, full of all the amenities we needed, and had plenty of room for our family do 5. The included golf cart was perfect or getting around to the nearby beach access and dinners. We had such an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look into staying here again if we’re back in town.

Worth every penny and the location is perfect for kids. My grands didn’t want to leave!

This was our second stay at Tighe and Debbie's townhome. And we simply love it! Their place is peaceful. A well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and best of all - a screened in porch! We had a few storms come through and to sit in the porch to listen to the rain was pure heaven. The beach is so big, clean and not crowded! For entertainment, you have to book horseback riding on the beach with Broke-A-Toe. Wonderful folks. Also, a pontoon boat ride in the bay is great! We saw dolphins and sting rays. Hunts restaurant is the best and is so close to Tighe and Debbie's place. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely book with them again!

We loved our stay at Erica’s!! The townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds. There are tennis rackets and balls and putt putt supplies provided if you want to play that at the resort. There’s a pool very close to the townhome. Beach is probably a 5 minute walk(we had kids and an older person, so, it took us a little longer). Beach wagon and toys are supplied but we didn’t use them. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We always stay at Gulf Highlands because it’s gated and a very peaceful community with lots of things to do. Erica was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying at The Mermaid Castle! Thanks Erica for a great trip, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront townhouse in a perfect Seagrove location! The private beach access made our stay extra relaxing, and the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. Waking up to ocean views every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

La La Land was perfect for our stay! It was super clean, exactly as described, and had everything we needed. Lyndsay was very friendly and responsive. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We’ve stayed in Rosemary Beach before, but this spot made it so easy to explore all the 30A towns. It’s perfect for a couple like us or for a family wanting to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

My family loved this place and our stay. Very clean. Perfect location. We had a small issue with our access code but Chastity had it taken care of in less than 15 minutes of me reaching out to her. We will definitely book with her for our next trip!

Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

Ken’s place was a great location to the beach and multiple pools. The patio was a great place to drink our morning coffee and we bought fruit to feed the turtles and fish, which we loved! 🐢🐟 We liked the convenient walk to the beach and loved the Highland Gulf beach house pool and their staff was great! A bunch of restaurants within 5 miles, which made driving to dinner easy. Totally recommend Ken’s condo!

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Richard and Ginger at the Shrimp Shack! It was such a beautiful, clean, and totally peaceful place to stay! We had never been to Port St Joe and Richard and Ginger had great recommendations for us! They are just about the nicest people we have ever met!! The house was just perfect, and a bonus nobody ever talks about is having full size coffee mugs!!! This place is made for your comfort and enjoyment and we would love to come back to vacation here!! The yard is huge and there’s a beautiful path behind the property where you can walk and be surrounded by really stunning nature views. Cute and very safe neighborhood that is 100% walkable any time of the day or night! This is the cutest and best hidden gem on the Gulf Coast. So stop reading and book this place RIGHT NOW!!! It has and absolutely is everything you and your family are looking for!! 100% recommend!!! One of our best stays EVER!!!

We had a great time at John's place. Everything we needed was in the house. The place is very close to the beach, you can easily walk down the road. We loved the pool just steps outside the door. I was able to watch the kids play in the pool through the window in the kitchen while I got lunch together. It was perfect for them to be able to go from the beach and jump into the pool while I got ready for the next part of the day. So many people in the area were kind and helped us when needed to find our way around. The host is very responsive. When we needed batteries for the remote he had them shipped next day along with nice treats for the kids (it was Easter time). Very thoughtful. Thank you for such a great stay.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!
