Amelia and her husband were fantastic guests. Their house has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, etc. We didn't use the pool because it was low season, but I imagine it would be a nice addition to the property! WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We'd love to come back! We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

very nice exteriors with a magnificent view. Access by a small private path on a beach. Restaurant below the house is very nice (a little noisy on Saturday night for us). Daniela and Erik are very responsive. Very nice house. Some things to renovate... electricity and bathroom. A very nice stay for our family with our 4 children.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Just what you expect, clean kitchen, clean bathroom and a clean bed at the end of the day….hot shower and a few snacks were provided.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!
