Nice small place to stay very close to the Rome airport, only ten minutes away and easy to order a taxi. The place is clean and looks like it does on the pictures. Stunning view! Matteo is very responsive and helped us when we needed him, even if it was late.

Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene : la casa è tenuta benissimo ed è completa di tutti comfort. Inoltre, si trova in una zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal mare. La signora Emiliana è un valore aggiunto, sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Perfect location for early morning flight from Fiumicino airport. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Elena was excellent communicator and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

After a long travel day, we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was relaxing and easy to locate. Christian helped us with pickup from the airport which was stress free, easy and fast. Kleine wunderschöne Unterkunft ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Tagestrips nach Rom perfekt.

On a vraiment aimé l’accueil personnalisé de Stephano et les instructions pour se rendre en transport en commun. Le logement est super beau et très propre, la literie et les serviettes sont immaculées et le lit est très confortable. Les stores assombrissants dans toutes les pièces sont bien appréciés et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. On a vraiment aimé prendre notre café le matin sur le balcon juste en face de la mer (il y a une rue entre la mer et la station balnéaire Elmi, juste en face du logement). On a beaucoup apprécié passer la journée à la station balnéaire, avec une belle plage, chaises et parasols en location. Il y a même un bar à cocktails et quelques articles, tel que sandwiches. On a aussi bien aimé notre souper au restaurant Antico Traiano, à 5 minutes de marche, pour les meilleurs gnocchis à la truffe! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement qui est idéal avant de se rendre à l’aéroport Leonardo di Vinci, qui se trouve à 15 minutes, en voiture.
