Waterfront vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

L’endroit est idéal pour visiter le chianti ! Nous avons pu nous reposer dans la campagne de Florence après les visites inoubliables des villes aux alentours.

Je recommande ce logement pour aller visiter Florence (très facile d’accès en train avec des connections très fréquentes) et les alentours. L’endroit est très calme, paisible et on dort au bruit de l’Arno qui coule juste en bas de la chambre. L’accès à la maison est très facile et le coffre à clé très pratique. Le logement est très propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le village est très vivant et vraiment authentique! La communication avec Andrea est très agréable et réactive.

Nous sommes un couple senior du Canada. Nous avons hautement apprécié le logement d'Irène. Elle a répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Un merci spécial aussi à Marco pour son dévouement. Je recommande fortement ce logement qui est vraiment près du patrimoine mondial de Florence.

Das Haus war wunderschön gelegen und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt! Die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos und war unglaublich freundlich. Die Umgebung lud zur Erholung ein - der fußläufig zu erreichende Fluss war das absolute Highlight! Wir haben jeden Abend auf der Terrasse gesessen und dem Rauschen des Flusses gelauscht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne noch einmal dorthin fahren und das Haus unbedingt weiter empfehlen!!!

Vlad and his team took great care of my family and I. My mother and aunt had trouble climbing the 3 tall stairs at this residence, however once I told Vlad about this, he and Luca worked hard to find us a solution. My parents and I were very pleased with their thoughtful and quick response to our situation. Other than those 3 steps up and a step into each bathroom, the place was easy to maneuver and convenient. The kitchen and dishwasher were a great time and money saver, and the washer/dryer single tank combo kept us smelling fresh. We happily recommend this place for anyone wanting a close, walkable alternative to hotels when staying in Florence.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen. Man erreicht das schöne Florenz mit dem Auto. Wir sind in Bologna gelandet und von dort muss mit recht kurvigen Zufahrtswegen rechnen, denn das Anwesen befindet sich in den Bergen. Man hier eine nette Aussicht und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wir waren Ende Mai hier. Leider war es dieses Jahr noch nicht warm genug um den wirklich schönen infinity-pool zu nutzen. Die unmittelbare (kleinen) Städte bieten Möglichkeiten für das alltägliche Leben (einkaufen & ein paar Restaurants) Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend auf der Terrasse die Sonne genießen und dort frühstücken und zu Abend essen (oder bbq grillen). Die Küche ist wirklich groß und bietet viel Platz zum zubereiten. Sollte es auch mal etwas kühler sein bietet das Haus genug Platz um drinnen zu verweilen. Auch der riesige TV lädt zu kleinen Kino-Abenden für die ganze familie ein. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Florenz! Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto war super unkompliziert, und die Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft waren ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig gelegen, aber man ist trotzdem schnell im Herzen der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war ausgezeichnet – er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit in Florenz sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

My stay at Barbara’s apartment along the river was fantastic. Great location surrounded by amazing restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, pasticcerias, gelaterias, bars, cafes and shops and within easy walking distance of the major attractions - churches, museums, and piazzas. The Oltrarno is a smart alternative to staying in the center with a great vibe and something to offer for everyone. The apartment is located in a charming older building but has been nicely renovated with comfortable beds, bathrooms with spacious showers, a complete kitchen, and, for the nomad workers, a desk with multiple outlets in each bedroom. Although the busy lungarno is right outside the front door, the apartment is very quiet and provides nice views from the living room and kitchen especially at night, Barbara is a gracious host and readily available for advice on what to visit and, most importantly, where to eat. I definitely look forward to staying here when I visit Florence again.

Fantastic place. Gorgeous property. Beautifully done and exquisitely furnished. vistas from every room. Light and bright. Birds Eye view of Florence. Gorgeous terrace all along south side facing the hills and homes Bonus terrace that was huge with multiple sitting and tanning areas on the roof with full and easily accessible stairs to it. From there you can see 360 views of Florence. Breathtaking and very special. Planning our return trip already

We had to book last minute because the Airbnb we were saying in was robbed. Louise was so accommodating and rushed to get us in. I wished we would have booked this location in the first place not because we were robbed but because this property was beyond breathtaking. One of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you for turning a horrible situation into the most AMAZING vacation!

Staying at Caminxa’s home was absolutely perfection! Our stay here in Florence was middle of our trip and only Airbnb. Her washing machine really helped us, the location was amazing, and her home came with everything we would have needed. We very much enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend her and her home! Upon arrival, she greeted us at the door, walked through everything, sent a lot of recommendations via messages & she let us check in a few hours early, thank you! A few things to note. The walk from the train station is about 13 minutes & not horrible. The streets are not smooth, but it is manageable. We had 2 carryon suitcases, a duffle & a backpack. The stairs to her door are about 2 flights. There is an elevator but it is very small. The mattress is a firm mattress (if that matters to you or not).The shower is also really small. The air conditioning was cold & worked perfectly, although we didn’t need a lot of it due to October chilly evenings. Highly recommend!!
