Villa vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

We were traveling with a group of 4 couples and 3 toddlers. And loved the place. Each couple had their own bathroom and everything was super clean. The entire complex was very well maintained. There was a tennis court, a soccer field, table soccer, volleyball and a great children's playground. The system could not be better equipped. In addition, the location of the accommodation is perfect for exploring Tuscany. We were completely satisfied and would come back immediately.

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the authentic details — rustic beams, stone walls, and stunning countryside views — all while enjoying updated comforts like a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and luxurious bathrooms. Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Giulia and Vieri welcomed us with open arms and we felt at home from the first second. The villa is beautiful, cozy, authentic and rustic. Surroundings are incredible with views, nature and wines and olive trees everywhere you look. 15 min walk to town with a bunch of good restaurants and smaller shops. Most importantly the hosts are just very nice people that made us feel welcome and at home. We spent a month and loved every second of it. Thank you!

Villa Oliva was perfect for our vacation! The house is very modern and in pristine conditions, with everything you might need for a long term stay. Elena and the team were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we might have had. We loved having a pool, an outdoor grill and the area to see the sunsets was a dream! This is a fantastic villa in the hills overlooking Florence. It is extremely well-equipped for a large group of people, with ample indoor and outdoor spaces for living and socializing. The view of central Florence from the property is breathtaking, and yet it is only a short distance into town. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the hosts have a fantastic nursery and restaurant (Le Lune) within walking distance. Guido and Tina are fantastic hosts and this is a property you must book for your next trip to Florence.

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

Beautiful property, immersed in the Tuscan country side. Plenty of walks around the area and easy access to Panzano and Greve that both have great amenities. Elisabetta was a fantastic host. The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful visit, celebrating my mothers birthday. Francesca was so friendly and accomodating during our stay, and we were welcomed with a prepared home cooked meal when we arrived late at night. The house and it’s surroundings are beautiful. A very warm recommendation.

We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!

We were two families with young children (3 to 8 years old) and we found everything we were looking for at Alex & Fede's: quiet (3 houses 1 km around), beautiful landscapes and enough to spend a great week, that is to say a large and beautiful swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen and markets / villages to stock up on short circuit, and games / equipment to spend a good time. Admittedly, the house is secluded and is at the end of a gravel path of 3 km, but this is the price of tranquility. Admittedly, the wifi is quite random but it is already a feat to have it in such a remote place, and it allowed us to fully enjoy with friends / family. The advice and responsiveness of Fede will have been very valuable to us (visits, restaurants, etc.), and we even had pizzas and beers / sodas offered on Sunday evening:-) I can only wish them all the best!

Fantastic stay. Cozy house, equipped with everything and surrounded by nature, surrounded by a large garden and with a wonderful view. The hosts Francesco and Elena are very welcoming, always quick to respond and available to give us advice and help. They made us feel right at home. We'll be back in the summer to enjoy it all 100%.
