Guesthouse vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was spotless, the garden was breathtaking, full of flowers, lemons, and olive trees. A true little paradise! It was completely quiet, perfect for working in peace. The hosts were incredibly kind and helped with everything. The internet was fast enough for me to get my work done, and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very nice and cozy apartment. Everything was provided exactly as described in the photo. Just keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but otherwise everything is fine. It’s a 5-6 minute walk from the station and you’re already there, which is very good after a long train journey. The host Salvatore himself is a sympathetic, kind and open person. He advised us local places, trying which we were pleasantly surprised. We would also like to thank the owner’s father, because when we checked out, we met him at the entrance and he kindly helped us take down our luggage and even took out the garbage for us. I highly recommend this option!

From the moment we met Alessando we knew we had chosen the right host. He was friendly and helpful and you could tell he enjoys meeting people. The place had everything you needed. The patio was pretty and private and offered amazing views. A three minute walk and you could watch the sun set over Florence. Perfect!!

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine dans le chalet : notre séjour à vraiment été idyllique. Bien placé pour visiter en voiture la Toscane. Accueillant et paisible avec juste le son des cigales et les 2 magnifiques piscines. Le diner au restaurant est à faire. On a envie d y revenir

L’appartamento è molto romantico e immerso nel verde, centrale per raggiungere tutti i lupghi di interesse della città. Peccato sia stato un viaggio di lavoro e ho potuto godermi poco il calore della stufa. Consigliato 😁

PROs: - Super quiet as it is away from the street - Very Clean - Francesco provides exceptional service, wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. - Francesco's communication is excellent, both prompt and thorough - A/C and heat in each room - spacious apt with 28 m² of space - TV in each room - Towels changed every 2 days - excellent location right beside Centro Storico and all restaurants and shops - 7 min walk to train station - always found free parking on Via Giovanni Amendola (250m away, 3 min walk) CONs: - I had to clean residue buildup in Nespresso machine water tank before use - shower is open on one side so water goes everywhere on bathroom floor - tiny fridge, enough for only 4 x 0,5L bottles - no microwave so can't make cappuccino

Very friendly people and would definatly go back if I'm in the area again. The vending machine has very reasonable pricing, which is very nice when you need something in the middle of the night.
