The apartement is located in the pedestrian area of San Lorenzo in the artistic heart of Florence. San Lorenzo neighborhood is the liveliest place in Florence. It's famous for its beautiuful Basilica, the Cappelle Medicee and the Mercato Centrale. It's five minutes walk from the Central train Station of Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Duomo. It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

L'abitazione è dotata di tantissime comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno molto rilassante . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono vicine. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre RISTORANTI molto famosi che consiglio di provare .

Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

Nice studio apartment located on the third floor (no lift) of a 15th century building. We are in the beating heart of the historic centre, full of restaurants of all kinds. All major sites of interest can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The Santa Maria Novella station is a 5-minute walk away, as are the bus terminal and the tramway stop for reaching Florence airport.
